So far no issues. the interface is easy to use and setup new routines. it's definitely been fun to play with.

We recently purchased an Amazon Echo Dot and quickly realized how great home automation can be. We wanted to further our home automation and so we purchased the Smart Things hub. Set up was crazy easy and we have enjoyed having control of lights, thermostat, and other devices around our home. The app is clean and simple to use on our iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watch. We are excited to see what the future holds for home automation and more specifically smart things!

My newest favorite toys. Love being able to control my lights and climate through Smartthings. My only complaint is that Arlo cameras do not seem to work as they supposed to with this....

By far the best smart home hub. Very easy to set up. Works great with Amazon Alexa. And Google home.

If you are looking for a hub that is compatible with the highest number of smart devices, I'd recommend SmartThings by Samsung. It doesn't work with 100% of items, but it is the highest I've found. Just make sure to do research first. I use it to connect to my Lifx and Philips Hue bulbs, Schlage Connect locks, Ring Video doorbell, Trane smart thermostats and obviously, al my Samsung appliances like Fridge, washer/dryer and TV. It's a must have.

The Samsung SmarThings hub is one of the better ones out there, especially because it integrates well with the Smarthings ecosystem (which is still limited) as well as other devices.

I had it up and running in about 10 min. works well no problems so far. Still learning how to schedule lights.

Easy to setup. Setup took less than 1 hr for 12 lights & 4 swotcbes. Works better than expected.

There are things that I'm sure will get more refined as time goes by but, probably the biggest thing that makes this a great product is just the sheer number of devices that work with it. Some things aren't as great as on their native apps but they work. I also like the fact that now I can control my Hue lights when I'm away from home. My wife and kids like to leave lights on when they leave and now I can turn them all off when the house is empty.

Great device and works well with a host of products. You do need a little technical no how if you are looking for a more complex set up, but the Smartthings community forum USA great place to get new ideas on how to use this amazing device. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone that currently has gen 1 husband looking to update as you will have to complete set this up from scratch as there is not currently an easy way to migrate from gen 1 to gen 2.

Set up was very simple. Compatible with a lot of different brands which makes things flexible.

This device so far is a great hub to use for your home automation. Easy to use and simple to set up.

We had a monthly contract on smart home security system without monitoring. After contract expired decided to cancel the service and purchase the samsung smart hub which from our online research was the most compatible with more brands. We have been able to add security cameras, door/window sensors, garage door sensor with ability to raise and lower, etc. Most of the z Iris brand at lowes works with this as well

Setup was easy. Works flawlessly. Compatible with my Logitech harmony remote. Very pleased.

At the original price of $100 I thought this hub was too expensive to entice me to get into home automation, but at the new prices of $50, I was willing to give it a try. Setup was idiot-proof, reliability has been excellent, and integration with Amazon Echo has been flawless so far. Spend some time getting to understand the App (either IOS or Android) and you'll likely be impressed. There seems to be a lot of flexibility built in.
