Amazong device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only hub you need to make your house smart, no need for extra HUB, and it makes a good interface with Amazon echo, logitech harmony hub and z-wave light switches

Not a good Wink Hub replacement
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not compatible with same things Wink is. I purchase this device to replace my Wink 1st generation hub and the light bulbs I was using for Wink would all have to go to. The user interface is not as good as Wink either. In the end, I took this back and bought the latest Wink hub (at twice the price). Considering the amount of money I've invested in the bulbs and devices around my house, it was far cheaper to stay with Wink than to replace it with another brand. Wink II works perfectly.

Good smart hub
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far this has been fairly easy to use and setup with my smart things. I have had a couple times that it had internet connection issues but once it was reset it had worked fine.

SmartThings Hub works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still new to the whole smart home thing, but di a lot of research and decided to join the party. Got this hub based on reviews and list of compatible devices and controllers. Works fairly seamlessly, had no problem connecting with my August lock, Ecobee Thermostats, and our Echo. Everything works great, but still use the device apps more than this one. Hope to add cameras and lighting soon.

Works well enough for an apartment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This hub is ok. It works most of the time and is better than my old VeraLite. It goes down sometimes and isn't the most customizable, but if I was putting this in a house instead of an apartment, I'd go with a custom solution. I recommend this if you just want something simple that works. If you want a more complex setup, buy yourself a Raspberry Pi and use one of the custom solutions out there.

Simple & Easy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this device. Installation was simple and easy. Easy to add new devices through the app. Out of sight and out of mind until I need to make changes. Connected it to my Amazon Alexa and Echo devices so I can verbally turn devices (mostly lights) on and off with a simple command. Now looking to automate other parts of my house that I hadn't condiered, like my landscaping and pool lights. So simple!

Works well but lacks a lot of basic automation.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There is the ability to build automation and download others but there should be more provided by Samsung. Like the ability to set a passcode on a door lock.

Excellent Smart Home Hub
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best smart home hub. I was surprised that it actually has (and comes with) batteries for backup power in an event of a power outage. Set up was smooth and I have it hooked up to Osram smart lights and Amazon Echoa integration. Smartthings Android app is working well and the online portal is very rich, including an online IDE to install scripts from the library or write my own in Python or Java.

Nice

Best hub from best store
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I finally had enough smart things to get a hub. Samsung was an easy choice and Best Buy was the best place to buy it due to my past experience and the Geek Squad coverage. To top it off, I got it on sale cheaper than I saw it anywhere else including Amazon. In fact, my wife beat me to it and got one for me on Amazon. I had her return it immediately and went to Best Buy.

Samsung Smart Things
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a challenging to say the least to get your other smart things to connect. Some products are not listed but states that should be able to connect to this hub. But one thing that I will say is that the customer service part, if you need help and call customer service, you will be able to get the help you need to get set up. This is a plus for good customer service.

Great hub to keep things simple
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this hub. It works as it supposed to and neatly keeps all my smart things in one app. I would hate having to go to all the different apps to check on my smart things. Also you can set up all or some of your smart things to work together. Such as when my Ring door bell Motion detector reacts to motion, it trips my camera to record my front door from the inside. Works great!!

SmartThings Hub
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to set up and install. Comes with two sets of AA batteries. Just can't figure out what they are for or how to install them. Once you add a room, you can't add a picture if you don't do it as part of set up. Also, purchased this to manage a Schlage deadbolt, but haven't seen much in terms of functionality except for locking and unlocking door. Really wanted to be able to manage codes....
