I don’t know how someone doing their job could call this excellent. It took me an hour of digging up the manual online, reading thru the menus to find the one to set the language and cycling through the menus until stumbling onto something that looked like a language selection. When I reset the language, I then reset the monitor to the factory defaults. It’s no wonder this monitor was returned. It was unusable in its present state. I did what the Geek was supposed to do. Shame on you Best Buy. Lights on, nobody’s home. The monitor could have been wiped down all the fingerprints. Really, does it take all that much effort?
