Monitor Quality

Most monitor have a base that allow you to alter the monitor. I returned it and pick up a dell monitor. The Dell was the closes to an Apple monitor at a much lower price.

Verify ports

NOT HDCP2.2 COMPLIANT!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This monitor is a 4k monitor however the ports are not hdcp2.2 compliant ports and therefore will not show any 4k content from hulu, netflix, amazon, youtube, hbo, basically anything that provides 4k content. This monitor is outdated because it doesn't use the current copyright protections and is completely obsolete. I made sure I was using a hdcp2.2 compliant 4k HDMI cord and a 4k compliant streaming device to make sure it was the monitor and this further proved it was the monitor. A further search on the internet showed that everyone else experiences this with this monitor. Not sure why best buy still has this on display as a premium monitor.

Mounting on wall-No Good!!!

Also picture quality is good at b best but you must look straight at it for best picture. Just moving your head slightly lower makes for a poor picture.

Very bad viewing angle

Slight movements of your head relative to the monitor will change the picture dramatically. Also not good for photography as the adjustments are very limited. Sorry I bought it.

DisplayPort stopped working after 2 weeks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only way for me to opimally use this display with my MacBook Pro Retina 15" with discrete graphics card was to use both the DisplayPort and HDMI outs on my machine, and unfortunately teh DisplayPort source stopped working after only two weeks. I often connect and disconnect my laptop at work when I go to meetings, and I'm assuming that is what caused it to go out. I would not recommend this monitor if you do not plan to leave it connected 100% of the time.

Brought it home, hooked it up, picture bright and clear, and---no audio in or out. Headphone jack, but no way to attach speakers. Very disappointing. Returned the monitor.

Severe color shift and looks dated

Also 4k is not widely supported in windows applications which results words/buttons being unrealistically small in some cases.
