My only issue with this monitor is where the mounting bracket is located. Its at the very top of the monitor, very poor choice. On a 28" monitor your typical monitor arms are going to be almost fully extended just to place them at the height of a stand, making the monitor arm a worthless purchase. I had to flip the monitors upside down so the arms have plenty of motion for different heights but the labels are now upside down, not a big deal but still not something I had even considered when purchasing so take into account that if purchasing monitor arms.

bought this to add needed "real estate" to my 15" macbook pro viewing. colors are great, clarity is great, lightweight and easy to set up. using hdmi cable and no special software. Best Buy honored their price match promise too. couldn't be happier. thanks Best Buy!

It's a great monitor, but the only problem is, the knob to turn it on and off can take a bit to get used too.

I purchased this monitor to work with Photoshop and Lightroom in a larger screen. I actually see the benefit of having 4K monitor when it comes to view and edit the photographs. That is a plus for this monitor. However, I have a big complaint about this monitor; the color. I see significant color issue with this monitor. (I am coming from Dell UltraSharp 1080P monitor.) At first, I noticed the color right out from the monitor is too washed-out. No matter how I configure this monitor, I do not get the color I wanted. At one angle, I see the screen too warm. If I change the color to make is little cooler, then screen looks too cool in some other angles. Maybe I am doing it wrong, but this definitely is not what I expected. I guess this may be defect unit. Will find out.

Great 4K monitor for the price. Is good for work and refresh rate is good for strategy games. Makes an annoying slightly noticeable high pitch noise when the computer is in sleep mode sometimes.

The graphics are so detailed, comes with the proper cords. Like being part of the picture.

Excellent picture, like looking out a window it is so sharp. Only slight negative I can say for some is the vesa mount is near top of monitor, so I had to move my mount on the wall from previous monitor height. In my case wasn't too much of issue for me.

Great Monitor. the box need to be clearer as to what is inside(HML Adapter, etc.) Also what the specs of your computer should be in order to maximize the picture. My computer was not powerful enough and there was not a board compatible to get full advantage of my monitor.

Everything is great about this monitor. The only thing it is missing is adjusting its height

Great monitor and even a better price! We really enjoy samsung monitors and they seem to last a lifetime. Purchased this for a gift and they love the colors/screen size and has been great!

Scored a great deal on an open box of this monitor. But I was willing to pay full price, this monitor has all the features necessary for a great computer monitor. There are no speakers but who uses monitor speakers anyway?

Good UHD monitor, very clear and crisp graphics. Stand tilts instead of rising which is annoying but was discovered at the store before I bought it. I have it on a monitor stand. Also, the 5 ms delay was noticeable until I adjusted some of the display settings, now it is acceptable.

We use a third party program for work and were advised to upgrade our systems to a 4K video card along with a 4K monitor. We were advised that the monitor would be about $2,000. I was surprised when I came across these monitors for the price and the image is excellent.

Bought this for a gaming machine and even though it's not a gaming monitor it works well and has a good picture. But it doesn't operate at the advertised refresh rate but I believe it's a software issue not a problem with the monitor itself.

Great multitasking, content creation and gaming. Very adjustable for personal preferences

It is a good monitor. Picture and video play well. It has Freesync. The menus are harder to use. There is only one button for navigating menus, changing brightness, volume, and power. It isn't a problem but it can be irritating, Especially since it is on the back of the monitor.

This is great 4K Monitor. I highly recommend it to all.

I recently purchased my 4K gaming monitor and I could not be happier.The refresh rating is great and I have had no problems with this item I would definitely recommend it to someone else. For the price this is the best monitor available in 4K

Worked as expected. The key purpose of this buy was to replace 2 of my non-4K monitors for “work” type of use vs gaming or watching videos. It did the job wonderfully plus the bonus when I do games or watch videos.

Nice display... resolution change takes some getting used to .... needs more 4k ready games
