Our knowledge of technology is limited so the sales person was most important and he was excellent. He did not try to oversell us; made us aware of specials and what he thought was the cost/benefit of various options. It was a very favorable and positive experience.

Cheap 4K Monitor

Good monitor and cheap monitor if you want a 4K. Although it has a 1ms response time for gaming, there are better options as this monitor does not have HDR. I do recommend it for console gaming as it has 60Fps compared to other monitors with 144 (PC).

The 32" and larger cost more than a quality gaming system, while the 22" and 24" monitors are just too small. This 28" monitor is perfect. It allows me to game while sitting at a comfortable difference, and it allows me to have two word documents open side by side and still be able to read them easily. This is a great monitor.

On my computer setup, I cannot use full resolution when screen for text, internet browsing etc, the text is too small for my eyes, but photo editing, full resolution, absolutely stunning. My only difficulty is occasionally it looses one color channel when the computer sleeps. A quick off and on of the monitor corrects the problem.

The monitor is great, but when I connected it to my laptop I had a bad surprise! The monitor resolution could not match the resolution of my surface book 2 laptop. The reason is simple... My dock is too old and not strong enough to support the 4K of this monitor. I will have to buy a new dock !!!

This one works perfectly for my console and PC gaming, using DisplayPort on my PC and Hdmi2 on my ps4 pro to get 4K while I leave the lower res connection (hdmi1) to my chrome cast. Good alternative until I can cough up for a higher end one.
