The issue I and many others face is that it doesn't support 4k content... it's not HDCP compliant. Seriously... apparently there was a firmware update, but all links are dead and Samsung refuses to support the product. Buy a different HDCP 2.2 supported monitor if you plan on using it for anything that requires that, which means no movies, Netflix and such will only be in 720 or 1080p max regardless of resolution settings. If that doesn't bother you, then here's the list of Pros. Glossy screen looks nice compared to typical matte finish. 1ms response time which is good for gaming. I would not recommend this monitor at this time.

Otherwise, if you use a USB-C to HDMI, then you will be stuck with 30 MHz, and I felt that was awful.

When you go to turn off the monitor you can go to settings instead which will cause you to have to wait to turn it off. But overall a very good monitor for my needs.

The eye saver feature help ease some colors on the eyes, this is important when you spend 8+ in front of the screen. I would recommend it to anyone.

Primary use is for office. The picture is very good and the resolution for a 28" display works great for large spreadsheets. Downside is TN panel, but knew this at time of purchase. Not really impacting for my use, but something to note.

I returned this monitor and purchased the LG instead, because the bezel was annoying, especially in the corners when your mouse pointer is near the edge. For leisure use it may be ok, but for developers it will probably be frustrating.

Samsung produces great products, and I am very satisfied. I can not say any thing technical about the product since I am not a Teckie, the only thing I can say is that it works great
