Really a Great Disk

This was the first SD card that I bought for use with my Canon 7D Mk II, & it worked flawlessly for over 2,600 JPGs while I recorded the RAW photos on my SanDisk CF cards. I also own a Canon 7D which doesn't utilize a SD card, but the MK II allows me to shoot with both cards, which offers several advantages. 1) Is the way that I used both cards, this allowed me to have a backup of the CF card's Raw photos, & 2) the SD card was used to take JPG shots, & that allowed me to send or give out a photo that didn't require post processing like the Raw shots, which I planned to do after returning home.
I took quite a few multi-frame photos where I just held the shutter button down & it never missed a beat, it's fast. In fact, I just went & looked at some of the photos on the disk (as I've yet to upload them onto this computer) & they really are great, any that aren't would seem to be my fault.
This is a 64 GB disk & even with 2,600 large JPG (& some video) files there is still over 40 GB of room for more. This review will be a twin to the 32 GB SanDisk CF card that I purchased at the same time!

I do video production and when it comes to shooting in 4K there are very few options to pick from this is due to the high speed data rate needed to capture the type of footage I shoot. This card works perfectly without error.

I purchased several of these memory cards, because I was going to Barcelona with my son for a 10 day soccer training clinic and knew I would be taking a lot of pictures.
All of my pictures came out amazing.

This card is great. Fast, and reliable. And now, at Best Buy, they are inexpensive. Why get a slower card? Why shop anywhere else? Shop here, buy here, shot photos (or video).

This memory card works extremely well for shooting low light subjects, such as concert photos. At 95 megabytes per second, it writes quickly and captures great photos. Photo of Peter Frampton taken with Sony HX-80 and this memory card.

I bought this for a canon camera to send with my son who was chosen by his school for a service and and study tour in Italy for a month (he went all January) The very last thing we had to buy was an sd card for the camera, didn't realize there wasn't one in it! By this time due to all other trip expenses, I was BROKE but wanted him to have enough room to take a million pics and vids on this trip of a lifetime, ya know? And since it's a super cam, everything is big in size, so I was worried. This was on sale for what I do. It was fantastic!! He has more than even his old momma woulda taken! All in all costed me $10 after sale plus BB Reward! Did it's job, I am grateful!

I used many cards for my cameras and to transfer items. I have to say the SD Extreme Pro is the best to date. Transfer to Uploads, it lives up to the word Extreme...

Super Fast Read and Write Speeds

I'm using this card with a Canon Rebel T5i DSLR camera. It is very fast and allows me to take a rapid series of shots without lagging. That's because the write speed is super fast. The read speed is much less important to me but it is fast as well and allows the images on the card to be copied to a PC quickly. This card has several reliability features built into it as well which is a big deal also. The last thing you want to happen is to go on a trip and have your card fail. That's not likely to happen with this card. The memory capacity is enormous. I used this card on a week long trip which included time at three national parks (Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon) where I took several hundred pictures and I had plenty of space still available on the card. Don't skimp and buy a cheap inferior card. This card is worth every penny.

Sandisk Wins!

I have two of these Extreme Pro Sandisk cards, both with slightly different card ratings.
Extreme pro 16gb class-10, U-1.
Extreme pro 32gb class-10, U-3.
Both cards are basically the same and are excellent! They work like a charm with my Canon camera. I often use speed burst and long exposures so this Sandisk handles smoothly!
Download speeds are ultra fast and that's all that matters when it comes to moving digital data from card to computer. Who cares about write speeds, in reality how long it takes to get your images, music or video data to your workstation is what you should be thinking about.. we can't be waiting all night! Lol.
The writing part of the card (digital data getting written/recorded from gadget to card) does exceptional, a camera's buffer system does the hard work (if using with a DSLR), so no matter how fast or slow a card is it will always work and work well!
Very fast and performance is top tier! Will recommend!

Pricey But Works Great

Although pricey, the 90MB/s write and 95MB/s read speed of the Extreme Pros makes it ideal for HD Video recording. My Canon EOS 70D DSLR is especially picky about needing a very fast SD card for HD video recording. Lots of reports of video recording stopping inexplicably despite using a class10/UHS-1 card. Turns out the classification is not precise enough as it looks like the SD card needs to be able to sustain at least 40-60MB/S write speeds. The SanDisk Extreme Pros have proven reliable where the SanDisk Ultras have choked from lack of write speed. No problems with still photos -only with HD video recording on the Canon EOS 70D.

I usually never buy expensive memory cards but after getting a camera that shot in 4k, I believed it was time to get an expensive memory card. I looked at multiple memory cards but everyone seemed to recommend this one in particular. So I got it and all I have to say is that they were right. This memory card is not only fast in data transfer speed but writing speeds as well! And 64 gigabytes may not seem to be enough for recording 4k footage. But with my Sony A6300 I am able to capture up to 2 hours of 4k footage using cinema4 settings too! Which is quite amazing itself.

Purchased this on sale and used Best Buy rewards points, so it was super cheap. Using it with my digital camera. I tend to get carried away taking photos on trips (sometimes thousands of pictures every day) so I need something with a lot of space. The card reads and writes very quickly.

Works perfectly for my A6000 sony camera. The 32g ran out of space within a few months of taking pictures of my first child so we needed to upgrade to a bigger size. Great quality and speed makes a difference especially when you have a camera like the A6000.
