    Great product. Seems very well built and plenty heavy duty enough to hold the 100 inch tv i purchased from Best Buy

    Rock-Solid Mount & Excellent Geek Squad Install

    This Sanus Elite full-motion mount is extremely well built and inspires a lot of confidence, especially for very large TVs. We’re using it with a 98" display, and it feels rock-solid with smooth tilt and movement once installed. The construction is heavy-duty and clearly designed for large, heavy panels. The real standout was the Geek Squad installation. They were professional, careful, and clearly experienced with large TVs and articulating mounts. Everything was leveled perfectly, movement was tested thoroughly, and the final placement looks great. If you’re mounting a large TV and want peace of mind, this mount combined with Geek Squad installation is absolutely worth it.

    Probably deserves 5 stars, but only been up for a week. I read the reaction of trusted Geek Squad installers who previously were unfamiliar with the mount and were initially impressed.

    Terrible costumer service. Tv was not mounted because the product is on backorder. I bought this thing more than a month ago. Nobody ever said was on back order. Every purchase i made at best buy was total disaster. Will never buy again. This name best buy has nothing to so with the company its never a best buy. Terrible!!!

      Inventory availability, backorder notifications, and installation scheduling are handled directly by Best Buy, so unfortunately we don’t have visibility into or control over those processes.
