I like the appearance of this bike. The seat is a little hard and adjusting the leg length a little hard but overall good bike for my dad and his rehab. Instructions were easy to follow to set this bike up. Took about 2 hrs.

I bought this as a present for my husband. He was working out at the gym for years daily before the pandemic, but once they were forced to close- he started to have hip pain and gain weight. Sadly, he is not using the bike too often, but I love it! I have been losing weight and this bike is very nice for me to use. I put it in front of the TV and watch jeopardy and peddle. It has been great for over a year now! Sturdy and very functional I have not even used most of the actual electronic features. Just fan, time and charger- all good! I have lost 30 lbs since buying it- Not just because of the bike. It is a nice help though

The set up was easy. I did it myself. But the only thing is that the part I didn’t have to set up came pre packaged, the pedals and wheel, make a clicking sound when I pedal! Really annoying. Does that mean it came broken?

After 3 hrs putting bike together, I plugged bike in and nothing! I double checked all connections spending another 30 minutes taking mast apart to verify connections good. Spent another hour taking back to Best Buy to return. Oh ya, help line 2 hr wait, gave up after an hour. The bike was cheap also, a lot of plastic and cheap snap fits. I expected better from Schwinn bikes. Never again.

The bicycle was delivered on schedule and assembly was done very nicely. I have been using it every day and enjoying the exercise that I can now do at home.

I bought this product from a name I trusted - Schwinn. After putting it together I noticed that plugging it in did NOTHING! Called their warranty department, which goes to Nautilus and the wait times are some of the longest I've ever experienced. I was told at the time my replacement parts would be shipped within 2 weeks. That was nearly a month ago. I get no response other than 'be patient', So for more than a month I have piece of defective equipment. If I wanted an exercise bike with no selections of resistence or choice of programs I could have paid for and gotten that! What good is a warranty from somebody you trust if it means nothing and gets you no closer to the product you thought you bought? Unacceptable
