slow and makes noise

Monster storage for Mac TimeMachine +

Great Has plenty of backup space, 8 TB

Still trying to get it work work after 3 weeks

The instructions accompanying this were known to be deficient (according to previous very helpful reviews), so I prepared myself by finding instructions to make this work with my iMac and Windows PCs. I followed instructions and still don't know if it is working. I'm able to save, but obviously I need more help (or confidence?) to proceed. I will be calling customer support. As of right now, I would probably not recommend to someone with a Mac, but that may change following a call to customer support.

Good reliable hard drive

Segate Backup Plus 8TB external USM
