This external disk works flawlessly with my PS4. Setup was extremely easy—just plug and play. The speed is excellent, and loading times for games are noticeably quicker compared to the stock drive. I need some expansion for my PS5 because, yes 1 TB is not enough. I saw this was on sale around Black Friday, and even though it's not an SSD so you can't actually play PS5 games directly off it, I do have a few PS4 games that I'm able to store on it. It's quick and plug and play. Super easy to use, especially since it was made for the PS5.

Great place for storage. Very cost effective!! No big deal that I can't play directly from the hard drive. It's very easy to swap games from the console to and from the drive. Internal SSD storage is overpriced right now, until the cost comes down, this is the perfect price for 5TB for less then $170.00. SSD is $500.00 for 4TB.

A 5TB hard drive it works really well with PS5, and it holds an astounding amount of games. I definitely recommend it for mass storage for PS5 and possibly beyond

I play alot of games so this 5T was a great choice/investment. Very easy to use, I just plug it in to my ps5 and uploaded all the games I have to the 5T, plus, all the game had to delete because of the lack of space, re-download and stored on to the 5T as well, leaving me with still 4T and a half of space to fill. An amazing piece of tech. Excellent*****

At first this was delivered to the wrong address but when I reached out to support they helped me immediately and sent another one to me for free with no issue at all. Customer support was amazing and the product itself is great too. Does what it’s supposed to and looks cool when turned on with the blue led. Matches the ps5 and backs up all my digital purchases.

Good Speed and value for money but You guys cannot play game directly from This external drive You need to install game every time to console storage. As a Read/Write speed is good it’s doesn’t take so long to install games . Good Product, Value for Money.

Yeah, this really works seamlessly it’s not slow at all. It’s been holding on for at least two years now no problems no slowing down on downloads. It’s been great experience.

Lifesaver gor the 1tb Ps5, i have an expansive library and being able to have them on the seagate 5tb storage device is so convenient. What makes this even more special is its portability woth just a plug and play concept, defintely recommend

My Life Saver!Great and fast external HD, I could storage a lot PS5 games

I have used a 2tb internal drive with my ps5 which works wonderful. I’ve also have used flash drives to pull my videos and clips from the ps5 to create videos After awhile the usb flash drives become corrupted. I decided to buy the Seagate 5Tb for the PS5. This external hard drive is wonderful. Not only is it more memory, but it is so much faster than your regular usb speeds. It’s very easy transfer memory from the console to the hard drive. Also, transfers data fast from the hard drive to you pc/macbook. I am satisfied with this product and has made creating content easier for me. I recommend this a great buy if you want to store your clips and make a montage video or if you need some extra storage to save games.
