Fully compatible with PS5. Before the procedure, more precisely, before touching the SSD, hold something metal (door handle, screwdriver bit, etc.) with your hands to eliminate static electricity from your body so that the SSD and PS5 are not damaged.

The Seagate Game Drive NVMe 2TB Internal SSD for PS5 is a game-changer! With PCIe Gen 4 x4 speed, it drastically reduces load times, giving you more time to play. The 2TB capacity holds a ton of games, and the built-in heatsink keeps things cool even during the longest gaming sessions. I’ve been using the Seagate Game Drive NVMe 2TB SSD for a little while now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer. The difference in speed is crazy. Games load in no time, and my PC overall feels way faster. I was running out of space on my old drive, but now I can store all my favorites without worrying about it. The setup was super easy—literally just plugged it in, and it was good to go. I’ve had zero issues with it, and everything runs smoothly, even with the heavy games. Sure, it’s a bit more expensive than other drives, but it’s worth it for the performance. If you’re into gaming and need more storage that doesn’t slow you down, this SSD is definitely worth the investment. Would recommend to anyone looking to level up their system!

Easy to install, works great to store ps4 digital games as it will allow you to play straight from the drive. PS5 Digital games I either store on the main drive or delete and redownload. Got it on sale so a bonus to that point but would buy this product at full price if needed. Great product

Needed to expand the storage on my 1st gen PS5. Attempted to buy an HDD to store things in, but it didn’t pan out. So I researched and found that the SSD stick drive was the best option. Easy to install/Hardest part was getting the PS5 faceplate off. One it was installed, I turned my PS5 back on and had it move everything to the new memory stick. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Upgrading my PS5 with the NVMe SSD was worth it. The extra storage is a huge plus, allowing more games to be installed and ready to play. Load times are quick, and games run just as smoothly as on the internal storage. Installing the SSD was easy. The upgrade has made managing games much easier, and I haven’t noticed any performance drops.

Wanted to get additional memory for my PS5 in preparation for the upcoming wave of games on my wishlist and this works great. Seems to download titles at the same speed as the internal memory and haven't had any performance issues so far. I would advise looking up a video guide to find where/how to install it. Fast and gets the job done. Fits as expected. I would recommend to others and buy again. Easy to install. DIY.

Great option for expanding the Ps5 storage. Easy installation and included heat sink is awesome. 2tb has fit every game I've downloaded thus far, with room to spare.

Since the playstation comes with low storage your going to need this quickly. The set up is easy and quick, highly recommend.

The performance is top-notch—loading times are quick, and I haven’t noticed any lag while playing graphically intense games. With 2TB of space, I can now store a ton of games without worrying about running out of room. If you’re looking to expand your PS5 storage and keep the performance high, this is definitely a solid choice.
