Drives Arrived Failed

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy these drives, as a matter of fact, don't buy anything from Best Buy. I purchase 4 of these drives from Best Buy assuming that their customer service would be able to support me through any issues. Two of the drives arrived non-functioning. Best Buy refused to return or exchange the drives. Save you money and buy a more reliable drive directly from the manufacturer as Best Buy offers very poor support!!!
