I am a larger woman and have a bad back. I have been having bad issues with my back and this thing is amazing! I can't be happier! My husband and I sleep with a toddler between us and I can't feel when either of them move. This will be the only mattress that we purchase from now on! Came in a big box and was wrapped up tight and was super easy to unpack and put on the bed. make sure you are where you want to be when it pops out though! And it is heavy! Just wanted to make sure I threw that one in there!

the mattress is pretty sturdy but comfortable! the only problem i have with it occasionally is the corners and edges bend in sometimes but otherwise its very nice!

So it's good, but after a couple years it does sag and sink in certain areas of high use. I expected more durability. Still, it works well (and boy will you be surprised when you get it and wonder why the package is so small)

Very comfortable coming from an old style spring mattress user. Has the perfect amount of give and hold for a 200 lb man. For a mattress that has to expand, it actually did so very quickly! Awesome buy.

So far so good. I bought this with mixed feeling but so far it’s a comfortable and sturdy. The only issue is the foam retains heat really bad. I find myself sleeping with no blankets on because it’s so hot now at night. It will definitely take some getting used too.

Delivery was faster than expected by almost a week. Set up was easy too. Im 100% sure your gonna sleep like a king/queen when you lay on this. Quality is top notch. A step up from a regular mattress spring bed for sure and it doesnt break the bank for most.

At first I was nervous seeing a tall skinny box when I got it. There’s no way a quality mattress would be able to be rolled up so tightly... right? Wrong. This mattress is awesome. My husband just had a major surgery that requires a sterile field when changing bandages. As we have dogs, there’s no way we’d get away with anything less than changing over the office to a sterile room. With Covid-19 restrictions, there was hardly anywhere open that sold mattresses, and even less options to choose from. My neighborhood Best Buy went above and beyond, loading it into the back of my truck for me when I pulled up, and maintaining social distancing. It was even ready at the store 2 days early! If you’re like me, you’re wondering what a “Hybrid” mattress is. It’s all of the stability of a regular spring mattress, with the comfort of a memory foam. It has that “sinking into memory foam” feeling, without feeling like you sunk halfway through the bed. This bed is amazing. My only recommendation is to have some good scissors ready when you get the mattress out of the box, that shrink wrap is amazingly good quality for just being packaging!

Perfect for myself and significant other. He likes soft I like firm. Very comfortable u cannot feel any springs through the memory foam. Very very happy customer. Also expanded very quickly set up and slept on the same night.

Ordered this mattress. Arrived 4 days earlier than originally thought. Fits great on the green size bed. Soft and love the zippered cover that you can remove and wash if needed. Very pleased.

Have had this mattress for nearly 3 years. Guests love it, has kept it’s shape and no show of sagging.

Yes this king mattress came in a box !! And I was surprised at how comfortable it really is . Would definitely buy this again . Was easy to unpackaged. Make sure you unpackaged it in the room it’s to be placed in makes it a lot easier. I put it on a platform bed frame. Just love this mattress. I found this mattress at another store and the price was about the same by like 5.00.

We love this mattress, we never new Best Buys even had mattresses, we we're pleasantly surprised and wanted to try it out, after reading reviews we thought we give it a try and bought a full size and We love it, sometimes it's hard to even get out of bed, it's so comfortable.

Easy to unpack and was surprised with the bed in a box set up. Very comfy with enough firmness from the memory foam to feel supported but soft enough to not feel like your on the flood. Would ourchase again.

Bought for a guest room, and haven't spent a whole night, but guest seems to like it, and it's super comfy at first feel. Way better than what I expected for the price.

My husband and I were waking up with aches and pains every morning. We purchased this mattress and wow, comfortable, firm, warm and a great nights sleep.

I can not believe how comfortable this is! Just enough memory foam layering to sink, but not too much. Incredibly comfortable. I will say I bought the full size mattress, but ended up buying queen size sheets and comforter so they would stay on. Comes in a easy to move box - but make sure you have it right where you need it when you decide to cut open the bag. I’ve had now for about 10 days, and it’s been a while since I’ve slept this good.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, have slept through alarms because of how comfortable it is.

Not too soft or firm. Easy to pick at store and transport home. Opens from box and expands to its full size in minutes.
