Invested in smart light bulbs to have more control and fun in our home with lighting. The colors are fantastic. Keep in mind to update your lightbulbs and if you have older light bulbs you may want the most updated hub for the newer models light bulbs. Idk if they are compatible. Also, I feel like they could be a bit brighter but overall happy. The amazon app lists all the colors nicely. Don’t think I’d buy if not on sale or with coupon. Removable light switch is silly to me.

The connection is unstable and will be disconnected frequently. The remote control has not been working for a long time. It needs to be disconnected and reconnected frequently.

The bulbs are pretty solid, decently bright and colorful but the app and color customization leaves some to be desired. There's only a few preset (and in my opinion, pretty awful) color changing modes and no option to create your own, but if you're not looking for all that then these are a great lower priced option to jazz up a room. That is something that could potentially change in the future with software updates. The app is also a little clunky to figure out but nothing too terrible. The remote is very handy, and you can program a couple preset options other than just "on" and "off", such as a brightness or color setting you may frequently use, or different bulbs being on/off.

Excellent color transition. I used these for lighting in my twitch stream setup and loved them. Relatively easy to set up and controllable from both my phone and the Alexa!

Easy setup, great price AND works with Apple HomeKit!
My mom is between 2 states, helping to take care of family & wanted to be able to control the lights when not able to be home. My boyfriend & I are very tech savvy & have favored other products prior to our purchase.
Set-up & routines were completed in less than an hour (we actually set up 4 additional bulbs to control within this exact same kit.
Highly impressed & would definitely recommend!

For the price and with zigbee. It’s not a bad deal. Issues pairing zigbee hub with HomeKit. Suppose to work. HomeKit doesn’t work well with rgbw bulbs in general.

I had a whole Sengled system with hub that had standard soft white bulbs before switching to this.. That worked great for a long time, minimal issues.. When I wanted to get into colored lights & Apple HomeKit compatibility, I decided to get into the top Notch Philips Hue. They worked great with more customizing options and brighter bulb options. Overall the performance of Philips just feels more premium. HOWEVER, They are WAY overpriced.. The Sengled has a WAY more reasonable pricepoint. This system is not as bright as Philips and oddly enough when you switch to colors and then white with voice commands, 100% brightness is pretty dim… You have to go to app and select the white range and increase brightness there then it is fully bright. That is a slight annoyance I have gotten used to. Otherwise these are just as reliable as before, Works great with Homekit and other Smart devices. Sengled even sent an email to give a heads up on an Amazon outage, beyond their control, at one point recently then I understood why the Amazon controls weren’t working for a time. Helpful to have that heads up from Sengled. That was restored and it’s worked great since.
Again we miss premium features here that Philips has like stunning built in scenes, potential hdmi syncing (which was really neat but returned that cause it too was a rip off in the long run), etc. Yet I am not ripped off with Sengled, price is fair. Returned all the Philips stuff and had money left over after buying more Sengled lights than I had with Philips. Philips way overprices every tiny component they make.. Do yourself a favor and go with Sengled.

Not as good as philips hue but a nice cheaper alternative. Got these for a friend for Christmas because they like my smart lights at home. Easy set up, colors are bright and vibrant. Just not as seemless as hue

These are great, exactly what I was looking for couldn't be happier. Very nice range from dark to bright, decent color spectrum (could be better but I'm not complaining).
The remote controller switch thing that comes with this kit is top notch, I really like it!
Be aware even though these operate using zigbee protocol through their own hub, control functionality halts when there is no working internet connection. You can turn lights on and off using wall switch in this case, but thats it - no changing brightness/color/etc.
Controlling devices with a universal zigbee hub and something like Home Assistant will remedy the situation and allow offline control.

All 3 lights and hub works. Controller dead on arrival. Bought as new but this was clearly a returned item. Scuff marks on the plastic and scratches all over the controller. Disappointing. Should've been listed and sold as used.

As someone who has used hue systems before this is definitely alittle more clunky than hue, but for the price its well worth it, using it one one room its perfect for my needs. Getting these on sale the value is the same if not better then hue, you lose some features but the bulbs work great for what they are being bright, colorful, and always responsive to the app and remote.
