My 102 year old father can’t see to read or watch TV! Also, he is very hard of hearing and refuses to use hearing aides, plus he is also completely bedridden, so only has the option of listening to his TV programs. His old headphones died so I searched for new wireless HP that would provide him with the ability to still enjoy some TV entertainment. I needed to get him h.phones that would have clear sound and boost dialogue so I researched many and decided to buy Sennheiser. The Sennheiser RS195 wireless TV h.phones are expensive but have really helped my father hear TV much better, and I like that I can adjust the various settings. They are bigger and heavier than his old Sony HP (subtract 1 star for bulky on ears) but he reports they are still comfortable to wear. When he is done using them, I place them back on the charger base and they recharge easily. So, we are very happy with Sennheiser and hope they last as long as he does, and longer! Thank you, Sennheiser!

My dad has a hard time hearing the television with or without headphones so we were a little leery to but these; however, after listening to them I was quite impressed. The volume is excellent in them and the clarity is great! After going through many different types of headphone these were by far the best pick yet. The only other ones my father could hear out of besides these were the Turtle beach gaming headphones which were not as loud as the Sennheiser are.

Best headphones for watching TV I have ever owned.
Helps to hear speech clearly and very comfortable on my head. Works seamlessly, comes on automatically when i lift off the cradle. Easiest headphones I have had when placing them back on cradle for charging.

These work great! The sound is fantastic. I can finally hear conversations when I couldn’t before so I would lose the gist of the movie. They block out other sounds in the room.

Already had one due to my hearing loss. The second one is for my wife who now also needs the sound assist. It is amazing and one transmitter works for 2 headsets.

This remarkable headset is wonderful for husbands my problem of hearing differently from 1 ear to the other. It also relieves him of the bothersome background noise in some of the movies and TV shows.

My church has been searching for a way to provide for hearing impaired people to listen to the service while attending in person. I bought this wireless transmitter to see if it would work and it did a marvelous job. The 350 foot range covers the entire sanctuary and no wiring is necessary. We just plugged it into the laptop we are using for Zoom transmission. The headphones are comfortable for long sermons.

A big Sennheiser fan here, so picked these up on sale to replace my aging 180's. One of the few times I didn't bother to check out the reviews, the Best Buy rep suggested these and the price was right. NOT your typical Sennheiser cans. And definitely not for audiophiles. These are meant for hearing challenged folks with several equalizer pre-sets aimed at mids and highs with very little low frequency and as stated meant mostly for TV watching. Returned for the M4's....

Ended up returning it because it required an optical cable hookup which i was already using for my sound system. Felt as though this was worth the price though.

I have been using Sennheiser headphones for over 20 years and always pleased with them. I really appreciate that they are RF technology because I can go everywhere in my house and even in the backyard and not lose the connection the way Bluetooth headphones do. I hope that Sennheiser will continue with the RF technology.

Forget Dr. Dre and all the other headphones in the aisle. This set of headphones beats them all. No distortion at high levels, clear, concise highs and bass. Extremely comfortable fit with no sound from the outside leaking in. Great tuning for different events or just to hear voices more clearly. A little pricey, but worth the investment.

These are by far the best headphones for listening to your TV without bothering anyone else around you. They have an awesome sound, work most anywhere in the house that I go, and the battery life lasts all day. These are the second pair that I have owned. My first pair worked great for over 4 years and the only reason I had to replace them was they didn't have digital audio input for our new TV. Our son is still using my old ones with his family. Sennheiser definitely make a high end product.

This is my third Sennheister RS195 RF, purchased the 1st set in 2014 use in the master bedroom, second set purchased in 2017 use in the den, this 3rd set purchase for father days will be used in my husbands man cave.will be used . They are very well made the quality of the sound is great you can adjust the volume , add bass or surround sound. The battery last a long time and recharging is very fast. They are the best product on the market.

Expensive but does what I needed it to do and that is giving me the ability to listen to both broadcast TV and streaming services that my previous headphones did not allow me to do.
Tho only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is the controls/buttons to raise or lower the sound are difficult to distinguish between. The plus or minus symbols are so faint you have no idea if you are raising or lowering the sound.
