Great workhorse of an appliance. Very easy to maneuver not heavy and moves very smooth and easy, especially on carpet. The cleaning quality is also fantastic I can see a noticeable difference on vacuumed areas of carpet and areas of carpet that have not been vacuumed. Suction quality is strong, so I don’t find myself having to pick up or feed the vacuum trash. It’s usually one pass, instead of going over the same spot many times. Because of its size and weight it doesn’t take up a lot of storage space. It was easy to assemble and was ready for use in no time. Pricing was great and budget friendly. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone wanting a good, reliable, easy to use appliance.

I rarely do reviews but this vacuum deserves one. I love that it’s lightweight, a good height (I don’t have to bend over using it), powerful (I am appalled at how much it keeps picking up!), quiet (can hold a conversation over it), easy to empty, has a cord holder to keep it up while using, and so manoeverable, even on stairs. And so reasonably priced! I’m hoping it will serve us well in the years to come. We’re in our late 60s and need all the above qualities.

Have been unhappy with previous shark models and have purchased a different, more expensive brand name. However, this was purchased for a friend of mine whos dyson stopped working and hes in his own apartment. I purchased as a gift and i tried out the vacuum at his house. The suction is super powerful picking up things the other vacuum didnt get deep enough. Its lightweight and easy to clean.

Bought our first one about 2 months ago on the advice of our maid. Love it! Had to get this second one for our other property. It is light weight, quiet, and works very easily on carpets. I love the floor vacuum feature where ONLY the suction functions as you sweep over loose dust, particles. The brushes spinning is the cause for kicking the dust and particles all over the place. Clever. Also easy to use on our stairs and under furniture. Wish this model came with some sort of light on the front, but oh well.

I bought this vacuum after many years of purchasing less expensive disappointing uprights. I've had it for about a month, and I have to say it's the best vacuum I've ever purchased. The suction is strong, it's easy to empty, and maintain. The attachments are all functional and used regularly. The only downside is that not all attachments have on-board storage, but I can't imagine how the long wand attachment could be stored on-board and still be functional.

I have been wanting to upgrade to a Shark for a while and finally got around to doing it after some careful research. I love how light and easy it is to maneuver. It easily sucks up everything and is a snap to use. The lift-away container makes vacuuming stairs so much easier. I absolutely love the pet attachment for getting all of the dog hair off our couch. The only things that are missing is a retractable cord, and a place to house the pet attachment on the vacuum itself.

The Shark Navigator is lightweight and because it is smaller than the normal vac is easy to manuver and handle. It is very versitile and has good suction. It is perfect for me as I have a back problem. The dirt holding cup is easy to empty, filters easy to clean. If you have a large open room(s), this would be too small for the job. I am left handed and as usual it is a pain to handle the cord, the only drawback.

I will never buy any other vacuum after having Shark vacuums. This is my second one and i love it! Dysons are so expensive and the quality has never matched the Sharks. I clean homes for work and most people have stairs, small spaces and pets. These vacuums are light, easily transported and movable, easy to clean, fit in tight spaces and provide useful accessories and are made for pets and cleaning high spaces without being heavy or difficult to use while standing on a ladder. Another plus is that when I am unable to clean or repair some things, professional vacuum maintenance companies are inexpensive and have the matching parts and tools to keep it in perfect condition. These vacuums are such a great quality that after 6 years of use on my first one, it was worth spending $50 for replacing the motor, filters, full cleaning throughout hoses etc by a professional than throwing it away. I purchased this additional one for the homes I travel to and clean because i was able to get my first shark back to pristine original condition for my personal home and use this for my contracts due to the quality and accessories being the same with an extra and useful additional to being light and easily lifter and converted into different lengths and bulkiness for travel and lifting/high areas such as light fixtures, fans, stairs and ladders

Assembling the vacuum out of the box was so simple. I was so eager to fire it up and test it and I was amazed at the suction and cleaning power of this machine. Money so well spent!

Overall, this is a good vacuum. It's easy to empty, has a long power cord and good suction when using the attachments. It does need time to transition the rotating brush from surface to surface and still maintain suction. That's the only flaw.

We have a large area rug, carpeting, throw rugs, hardwood floors, and vinyl tiled floors. The switch has the option for carpeting or hardwood/throw rugs. And there is a separate ring-knob to adjust the suction. We have 2 staircases, so the portable canister is really useful!. And we have a lab dog, which as lab owners know, is a shedding machine! I love this vacuum. The suction is impressive; the canister is easy to remove and clean; it is easy to maneuver. The portable canister is a little awkward but not as awkward as balancing a vacuum on the stairs while trying to vacuum it. Even using the hose, the suction is powerful. The hose is too short but that is par with most vacuums of today where they are too short or too long. I am very pleased with this purchase. Shark has once again lived up to its reputation.

Love this vacuum. I was in desperate need of a vacuum. I have a German Shepard and her hair is everywhere. This vacuum picks up so good. It has great suction, easy to use, the attachments are great for my stairs and couches. The only downside it has no light and the cup is alittle small so You have to empty it more often. Other than that it’s great I love it.

I read tons of reviews, watched videos, and scoured the internet to find my next vacuum. Of course, I wish I could have afforded a Dyson or an Oreck. But, to be honest, I needed to keep it in the $150-$200 range. We have a Berber carpet with long fibers and tends to trap dirt, so I needed good dependable suction that would stand the test of time. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my Shark vacuum home. It was very easy to assemble out of the box and the directions were more than sufficient. The first time I powered this vacuum up, I knew right away I made the right choice. I had a sense of satisfaction after that first deep vacuum. We had been without our old vacuum for about a week so the carpet needed a good cleaning! This one did the job and then some. I use it on our tile in the front and on our linoleum in the kitchen. It works wonderfully on all surfaces. It has adjustable suction in case you need to turn it down or up. I love that feature. It's also very easy to dump the canister out and do a quick rinse, dry it off, and go for more. This is a great machine and I would definitely buy again in the future. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I am an older person and was in need of a lighter vacuum cleaner but was certain I could not find one with the cleaning power I wanted...well, I was wrong! This vacuum cleaner has incredible suction, is lightweight, easy to clean! Everything I wanted...so I bought 2!! One for upstairs, one for downstairs!!

This vacuum has Very good suction. It is a little bulky and harder to push since it is larger. The only issue that I had was that the side hose was not secure, and that may be user error.

This vacuum is awesome. Great suction. Gets all the pet hair. Absolutely, love it!
