This vacuum cleaner does a great job on carpets. The suction power is unbelievable! I couldn't believe the amount of debris it picks up. Its edging ability is not the best you have to remove the hose and attach the crevice piece to get next to the baseboards. I wish the hose was a bit longer to reach the ceiling to get cobwebs I can do it but a with a lot of stretching on my part. It can go under furniture with high legs like a wing chair or coffee table but you have to lift away the canister and you lose the beater bar power. You end up with just regular suction power. It works great on pet hair as I have 2 cats and the stair attachment works great. I have an issue with the emptying of the dust container it does not empty cleanly some dirt always get stuck around the intake. So you have to pull it out. I like the way I can wash out the dirt catcher and the filters.Its okay on the hard woods. Over all it works really good.

Overall very good. Nice suction and haven't had any problems yet. Only thing I wish it had was a bigger container for the dirt and not having to buy additional accessories off Amazon!

This vacuum is very light and easy to use. It has two power suctions which allows you to clean carpets or hardwood floors with a simple switch. The attachments are easy and the vacuum can be broken down to carry with a simple click. The long slender attachment is great for under the fridge or furniture that sits low.

This is a great entry level vacuum that won’t break the bank. The vacuum is not too heavy, maneuvers and It cleans well. Note that the container size is on the small side, compared to other vacuums. This didn’t bother me; since it would add bulk to the vacuum.

I had been kicking around the idea of upgrading our 10 year old Hoover vacuum for a while. Had been keeping my eye on this one waiting for a decent price. I'm sad that I waited. This thing is absolutely amazing. We had just had the kids vacuum their room a day or so before bringing this home. When we used this new Shark.....it looked like we hadn't vacuumed the floors in months. We emptied the collection cup twice. I really have no complaints about this product. The cup is smaller than our old vacuum and maybe a pound or so heavier....but it is worth every bit of the extra weight and having to empty the collection cup a little sooner. The cord is a good length.....reaches everywhere we need it to go. It has hepa filtration that is a must for anyone that deals with respiratory allergies. The carpets looked much better after using this.....like many other reviews say. I had read reviews that said it was heavy.....not really in my opinion. It's comparable to many vacuums of this size. My 8 yr old daughter used it the first day without issue. I had read reviews of it being difficult to push.....probably because the thing literally sucks itself to your carpet. There is an adjustable place on the neck of the vacuum that will release some of the suction to ease with pushing.....but also seems that it may reduce its effectiveness in cleaning your floors (in my opinion anyway....if you lose suction that's when you leave stuff behind). Overall....an absolutely fantastic purchase. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. It's a tad pricey if you're a frugal person.....but i feel that it was completely worth the few extra bucks. Make the jump....you won't regret it.

Good price, great suction power, but no light. This is my only complaint. I had other sharks vacuums and they all had lights.

Purchased this vacuum as I had just moved into my first apartment. I absolutely love it! It's amazingly powerful yet small and light. I love the easy to empty collection container and all the attachments. It would be nice if It had a slightly longer hose but it has the "under the couch" attachment which is very handy. Overall a great vacuum!

I had to replace a broken vacuum and decided on this one. I made a great choice. Very user friendly and has great suction! Easy to use on the stairs and has great attachments. I only wish the cord was a bit longer but still a great vaccum!

Great vacuum is powerful suction. My only gripe is this thing tips rather easily. That has happened a couple of times and the top handle broke off. I ended up using JB Weld to put it back together, so not a huge deal, but kind of a bummer to have to do that.

Great product. Very versatile and easy to use. We are able to clean multiple floors and carpets.

Good sucking. Hing quality suckage. 10/10 would suck again.

Very powerful little guy. Attachment system works well but doesn't reach very far. You'll be carrying the whole of the vacuum more often than not to get to higher areas.

Love this little lightweight vacuum, it has a very powerful suction, I have a wool rug that sheds and it cleans it beautufully, I also uze it to clean my blinds, it does a better job than ths feather duster, best vacuum I have had in a long time and the price was just right

Love this vacuum, my only complaint is I wish I had more control over the suction. It is so strong (not a bad thing) but I have trouble vacuuming my rug because it pulls it up.but it’s easy to get around everything I need to!

Great vacuum cleaner. Easy to use, light, simple to clean and use accessories. Quiet and works well. Very happy with this purchase. It’s our second shark and they work better and longer than anything else we have owned.

this thing really `sucks`..........................up the dirt

This vacuum is light weight with many attachments. My favorite attachment is the one that I can use to clean the dust on my hardwood floors under the bed!! You can adjust the switch to hardwood or carpet.You can adjust the suction strength and it is easy to dump.

So far so good. i needed a more power vaccum and this did the trick. very happy with what its able to do.

Performs well on carpets and hard floors, picking up most debris very easy to use and clean. Excellent product
