Disappointed with Shark

I had to return because after using I had pet hair left on carpet. My $499 shark from 2014 was better than this, sadly. I haven’t found a small vacuum from Shark that replaces my 2014 5 star shark! Save your money. It may seem like smaller is better and it’s not. You give up the power, suction that’s needed in a vacuum— for convenience? I’d rather a clean carpet! Invest in the higher end Shark models or save your money. Good luck!

Great Vacuum

Suction is really good and easy to use. Was easy to assemble and lightweight. Really a great buy!

HORRIBLE VACUUM

They advertise as a "Self Cleaning Head" well that isn't the case...whenever I use our vacuum I have to cut the hair off our the brush roll! I called customer service and she told me because the roll has bristles that hair can get wrapped around the roller! Well for being a self-cleaning head vacuum cleaner I am 100% dissatisfied with my vacuum and would recommend it to anyone!!
