Your salesman was absolutely fabulous. He demonstrated the product with knowlege, patience and courtesy. He brought a shopping cart for us placed the box inside, took it all the way to the car and placed it in the trank. It was a big help as me and my wife are senior citizens and it would have been difficult for us to do it. We have purchased many products at Best Buy during the years and were never disappointed.

I replaced an old heavy vacuum with this unit. The Shark is awesome. Super light and the suction is amazing. I could not believe how much dirt came out of my carpet. The most used attachments are stored right on the machine. It also comes with an attachment for hardwood floors. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

After a month of owning this shark I can't think of anything to complain about. I hope it holds up.

I needed a versatile vacuum that would go from tile to wood to carpet, plus have attachments for baseboards, etc. I tried a neighbor's cannister and didn't like dragging the cannister around nor the awkward changes needed to use the accessories. This vacuum is lightweight and works well on all three floor surfaces, with the surface changes accomplished with just a flick of a switch. It is also very easy to take various parts of this vacuum and clean the stairs, under beds and sofas, baseboards, or any non-floor area. The suction control is easy to use so vacuuming area rugs is simple. I was worried about the emptying process, but that too is much cleaner and easier than I thought it would be. I would love to have a second one to replace my upstairs vacuum, but this is so light and easy to carry up the stairs that I just can't justify it! I would highly recommend this vacuum.

This vacuum is another Shark purchase I've made from Shark that is TOPS! I have dogs so I need a strong, tough vacuum! It comes with all sorts of attachments and has great suction. Price is reasonable too unlike a lot of other vacuums that barely work and then break.

Light weight and easy to clean. Can easily lift off canister to get under bed and has plenty of power. I like the neck that allows to turn easy and hand held nozzle all work well. Great product for price

Really like this product. For me it is light enough and versatile. Like the hard surface to carpet switch. Has plenty of suction for our house. Compact enough that its not this big heavy bulky vac. Like how it can detach to carry to do the stairs with.

This vacuum is light but powerful. and easier to use than the heavy Kenmore upright it replaced. I was especially impressed by the ergonomics. It's very easy and intuitive to use. We definitely got our money's worth.

We went from a hoover to a shark. They last longer and have better suction ability. This model is extremely light, it's accessories are all kept on the unit. Its versatility is the best I've seen on the last 5 vacuums we've had. Good buy

I have repaired our old vacuum for the last several years, and it was finally time to upgrade. This Shark is incredible in comparison to our old vacuum and our Roomba. Does a great job, is light and easy to clean.

Reason for buying this vacuum was the one I had was overheating and stopped worked. Bought this one and took it home. It was super easy to put together. Then I vacuumed my floor where I had previously vacuumed and was surprised on how much more dog hair it picked up! I recommend this one. It works wonders for my apt with two dogs.

Had the rotator before which worked really well, our prior house all wooden floor so didn't notice just how much dirt it wad picking up, our new house is half carpet and half laminate wood and oh my...just vacuuming the carpeted area filled the whole canister. Even the carpet felt more fluffy. Great vacuum with excellent suction.

I wasted $1500 on a Kirby and it’s broken three years later. This shark is so much better. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver. It sucks up everything. It’s easy to switch attachments too. Great investment.

Has lots of easy to use features. Lightweight and easy to push. The removable canister and long handle is great for hard to reach places.
