    Very delicate item. Salesperson should elaborate on the repair and replacement policies. My disabled client knocked over the set only after one week. I didn't have time to secure the funds for a contract to replace it.

    I owned a Sharp Aquos in the past and loved it. I bought this TV to replace that and subsequently found out it was a Hitense TV. I could not shut off the TV speakers to connect to my sound bar and when I called them, they sent me an email telling me to go buy a Fat 32 USB and go to their web site download the update on my computer and then do the upgrade on the TV. I had steam coming out of my ears!! The color contrasts were not great and I sensed a slight visual distortion on the right side. On the bright side the Best Buy Service people were superb, understanding my issues returning the TV and recommending a TV with which I am totally satisfied!!

    Within two weeks things began "falling apart" on this TV. I have never experienced anything like this with a new television. First the sound began sounding muffled. Then, symbols began showing up on top of the picture surface followed by a vertical line on the entire left hand side of the picture. Ready to throw it out since I'm past the 15 day return window. I have owned it for about 40 days!

    It’s not as HD as I expected, remote it’s really bad, have to point horizontally to the Tv to make it work and keep the keys pressed to make it work. Not friendly menu options and streaming apps as well

    In my opinion there is nothing bad that can be said about this TV.. I never wanted to go to a big screen TV, my old SD went out due to a cable company I won't name, destroyed it. Anyways, as I was saying before getting this TV I had purchased and returned 3 other models of TV's, it was either the picture, the colors, or the sound was terrible. I got tired of going to my kids old room to watch TV, so when I saw the Sharp I decided to give it a try, didn't want to do any set up the day I received it because I figured, here I go again and was already planning my trip to BestBuy for a refund. Nope...not this time. so so happy with this TV...Please believe me when I say It's perfect all the way around....and I don't write reviews...Perfect picture, perfect color, and perfect sound... easy set up also..

    I was a nice TV, however, 2 months into using it and the screen won't display anything. It seems to be stuck in some weird on/off spot between inputs and nothing works. Tired everything. It's just a paperweight now. Worst of all, the best buy return period just expired.

    My Dad started using this Sharp TV in July 2019. It’s October 18, 2020...no picture. Granted, he does watch TV all day but still, for it to last less than a year and a half!!

    The legs for the tv stand wouldn't tighten down therefore the tv wobbled. It was meant for my 9yr old son and I didn't want to worry about the TV falling over. The screws seemed like they were way to short. The TV was returned to the store the next day.

    Bought november 26 2018 broke on feb 10 2021. Was decent before it broke. Backlight broke could still see screen when shining a flashlight on it. Meanwhile my 2008 olevia going still going strong.

    This tv died on us a month after we bought it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Luckily, Best Buy helped us resolve the situation and we got a Toshiba instead.
