I have five of these, one for each Roku. Love them!

Unit seemed like a good idea, but could not get it working consistently with my LG 60UH8500. Setting up one command seemed to undo the matching one. For example, got volume up working, but not volume down. Power on worked, but not power off.

I bought this hoping to eliminate the need for my TV remote, hoping it was more like a universal remote that held the roku remote also...it KINDA does that, but you only have so many options that you have to program one by one. There aren't enough buttons to hold everything that I was looking for it to do: access the smart TV menu, turn the TV on/off, up/down, change the channel, access the Roku app...just these few made it more of a hassle than just using the 2 remotes. Used it for 2 minutes. Taking this back in the next few days.

Good idea but clunky. Makes the ROKU remote too big to easily operate ( I’m a big guy - 6’3”, 230 lbs). The pairing with additional devices - sound bars, etc. - is not quite straightforward.

Works great. Easy to use. One less remote to worry about.

It does slide right on next to Roku remote and holds the two together nicely so you don't have to go searching for multiple remotes. It is alittle awkward to hold since it is 2 remotes. Overall it does do what it is supposed to.

I was able to get this to turn my TV on and off and to control volume on soundbar but that was it. Also adds quite a bit to the weight of the ROKU remote.

Going through the programming process for one remote, it seems each button has to be dedicated to a single function for a single remote, with no way to map a Sideclick button to functions on multiple devices with a device selection button, right? Not getting any answer to this, I have concluded that is the situation, so am returning it. I suppose I just need to find a more capable multi-device remote for my needs.

Bought this to streamline use of Roku and TV. The product is cheap, doesn't stay attached very well and makes using the Roku remote much more cumbersome. The benefit of a Roku remote is its simplicity and ease of use. This attachment eliminates those benefits. It makes the remote too wide to handle. I'm returning it ASAP. I wish Roku would add TV power and volume buttons instead. This product is pretty useless.

Roku now has a remote for sale on their website that allows you to control the TV volume and power for $30. As long as you have a Roku 4 and above.

Couldn’t get it to work with my tv.kind of sits bulky with your Roku remote

It would be great to have a device that could hold the Roku remote and operate the TV, so that two remotes would no longer be required to watch TV using the Roku. Unfortunately, this device is not ready for prime time. 1) the holder covers the headphone jack; 2) the device does not sync properly with either TV in my house (Samsung and LG); 3) the Roku pops out easily.

It's O.K. Make the remote a bit clunky and odd feeling but more convenient.

This product was not as expected, Nothing wrong with it, but returned it for a Roku Vilune Control Remote.

Based on set up of the sidekick device it is only used for turning on the tv, all other functions are done by roku remote.

The idea of this sideckick is awesome. Unfortunately it did not work with my roku streaming stick and was not really simple to program.

I ordered this item thinking it was a universal remote for a roku. It wasn't. It's a universal remote for other device. Felt cheap.
