    Unhappy with doors.

    The two smaller doors… one sets out, and the other one sets in. They are not lined up.

    Poor Experience

    Received damaged tv console, which is no big deal…it happens. Day of receipt of the damaged tv console I contacted Best Buy to set up for replacement and they stated I would have the new unit in a week. 9 days later nothing said and order simply stated “delayed”, so I contacted them again for an update. They then nicely apologized and guaranteed that I would have the new unit within the next 9 days. Again I was appreciative for the help. Now another 10 days have past and there is still no shipping update, projected delivery date, or communication. Cancelling and will not order something of this nature from Best Buy again :/

    Broken G piece....

    Overall they really thought it out. Some of the pegs would go all the way rendering them useless. Please seek help bulding. Box arrived full damage, but the took account to that and the inner box is the thicker cardboard. Parts are well labled. They even wrapped that twice, and attached a red plastic strip labing the piece. If parts dont fit, you may have over tighten, loosen it, set and retighten. They even supple wall anti tipping kit. Extra pieces. Little annoyed that piece G came split. Ill get wood glue for it if i need it.

    We thought this media stand would go well underneath our new TV, however the stand came damaged not once but twice.
