This is a pretty good product, but not perfect. The ice stays cold for the most part, but it does have a tendency to shut off when the iceflow gets blocked. Also, I've found that I'm filling it a bit more than I was expecting, but that's a relatively minor quibble. Overall, if i were able to give half-stars, it would get 4½.
