I was doing research on pre-built computers and decided on Skytech once I saw the internals and found one that looked very cool. I was reluctant to spend so much on a gaming PC but once I found this blue Azure 2, I was sold. I wanted an AMD and I loved the cool RGB lights all inside the case. I ordered this around November 2023 and knew there were no other reviews on it yet, so I figured I could try it out and return it if needed. First things first. My bf and I were so excited to unbox it, as soon as we unboxed it we knew something was wrong. It was missing a power cord! I immediately emailed support and they got back to me within the next business day prompting me on what information they needed to send me a power cord since there was a quality check problem with my computer. In the meantime I got a universal power cord from best buy to at least get it set up and useable until the new cord came in, which thankfully only took a few days since Skytech is based out of California. The customer service rep that I had been emailing back and forth with was so nice and prompt with everything. He asked me once I received my new power cord (and I returned my temporary one I used) how I was enjoying my first pre-built computer. I explained it's a beautiful PC but what really helped me pick it out was how pretty the internals looked with the super cool CPU cooler having RGB lights too, but mine came with a standard fan over the CPU. He spoke to some of his supervisors and explained to me that the AIO's installed are just what they have available per the time the PC is built, but he understood I was wanting a cool RGB one for my own PC. He was able to "pull some strings" as he said, and sent me a deep cool AOI that I was referring to in the mock up pictures on the listing, sent me the link to a youtube video for installation, and offered for a video call if I needed any help installing it!! I was floored by the customer service Skytech was providing me, so I am sold with being a long time customer of them. Granted, I still have not had the time to install my new AIO, but I just might take them up on that video call to help me set it up properly! Besides the customer service being wonderful, the PC is very quiet, very fast, and has beautiful cable management that my OCD self loves seeing. I cannot recommend more!

You can tell the care they put into assembly which amazing. Skytech really protected this well with padding inside the pc as well to ensure safe delivery. Cable mgmt amazing. Every works great. Handles all my games like path of exile on max settings at 240 fps on max settings. Quality parts. Couldnt have built this rig cheaper myself at microcenter. 10/10 recommend.

This is the fastest pc i have ever owned. It was packed up tight with a dust cover. It cam with a rgb keyboard and mouse. Super easy set up water cooled everything in this is customizable. If your gonna buy a pc buy this one. It has no problem runing multiple things at one. Great job from skytech!

This computer is AMAZING! No wait time, no lag, My Sims 4 with all expacs runs seamlessly! And its very pretty all lit up. The video card in this is $1000 all on its own, add in the Ryzen 7 processor, the light up ram, the water cooler and all the RGB and it is well worth the money.

I have this pc for a week now and used it every moment i have had free. Absolute beast. They are not lying that it is one of the most cost-efficient pcs you can buy and is really well put together. I did catch it on sale but still at full price worth every penny. Don't sleep on this pc. If in doubt, doubt no more. Only minor complaint would be the fans are a bit louder than I would like but with that they are keeping the pc cool like it should so it's a manageable con. I have built my pcs before this but now in life im limited on time and patience to do so i researched and found this. I couldn't have done better then they did.

Great pc has been everything i wanted for gaming We love it

First problem is that it came with three conflicting programs for controlling the lights, i finally figured that out. Second problem is worse, after a few weeks the aio cooler sounds like a noisy fish tank CONSTANTLY. and the most recent and annoying issue started two days ago, none of my video games have any sound, no matter what i do, yet hulu and Spotify have sound.. i wanted to like this computer i really did, but its been a nuisance since day one, and now my "gaming pc" doesnt even work properly with any games.. gonna try to get it fixed in about a week but if it cant be fixed, i will be buying a new pc.., after only about a month.
