After a lot of research on entry-level gaming PCs, I was initially excited to order this product. However, I was extremely disappointed to find mine was not built well. The benefit of a pre-built PC should be the execution, but whoever put this together left a fan cable loose and then screwed other parts on top of it. As you can see in the picture, this left a cable in-between the IO shield (metal plate covering ports) and the top USB ports, blocking them. Adding insult, the product actually includes a maintenance "checklist" hand signed by someone from the manufacturer, implying high quality construction. That means either their "checklist" is fake or the person doing it wasn't very good. Neither of which are acceptable.

I have had this pc for over a year now and i havent had problems with it so far its pretty good

I bought this for my son and it was more than I expected . Easy setup , very fast for gaming , w completely solid cpu .

My 13 year old LOVES it! Been using it daily for 2 weeks now and so far so good!

fans a little loud BUT.... runs minecraft (with shaders!) and overwatch super well. i stream on twitch and have no issues with latency or lag in-game or in obs fast loading with several programs running (discord, twitch stream, minecraft server; doesn’t even break a sweat) great product for price, it even comes with pretty high quality keyboard and mouse which is not stated in what’s included, fun surprise, it lights up so the vibes are immaculate

Pc is great! The only issue I had is that it didn’t come with the power cord or wifi antennas but skytech was very helpful and sent them out to me as soon as possible!

Great pc but.. So I’ve had this pc for roughly 2 months now. I just upgraded to a R7 3700x no problems. But I noticed something today. When I loaded up task manager to check my gpu it says a 1650. But clearly it “has a 1660” So overall a great pc but didn’t have the correct specs.

Great computer for my son. Easy to set up and install. Just wish it had more storage

My son loves it and thank goodness, because I felt horrible when we purchased this same computer "new" from Amazon for Christmas and it had been opened already and the admin password set so he couldn't even set it up. Then had to wait over two weeks for Amazon to refund our money. What a nightmare. Son could tell that computer from Best Buy was actually new! Thanks for your transparency!

My PC is the Dopest for the price got on Black Friday for around $600 it can run fortnite and Cold War. Clean

I would definitely say pretty good pc for starters. Good performance the only downside I had with this was memory. I think 8gb of ram is a bit less but nothing that can’t be changed with another purchase lol

I purchased this as a gift and was saddened that a wire was not placed correctly so the USB ports on top did not work, but after a long wait phone call with the support team all was well. A great machine at a great price.

Worked very well, only problem was needing a headset splitter for my headset.

Bought for my nephew for him to knock himself out gaming and needless to say I am aunt of the year. Thumbs up from extreme gamer.

A good budget gaming computer out of the box we should have the option for an extra 8 GB had to pay for it separately and edit no big deal otherwise would’ve given five stars

I bought this for my son to game and do videos. We are pleasantly pleased with it. Easy to set up and operate. 1 issue is the WIFI is not showing from my Nighthawk Router. Very pleased!

Worked really well for me. Got it to use Oculus link for my new Quest 2. Customer service was excellent when I had trouble connecting it to my smart TV.

Quick speed. Great for the money. Definitely recommend.

I will give 5star. My son love it! I will buy for myself too and I’m excited. I would highly recommend this to a friend.
