I really like this thing, but you really need to be prepared to moisturize with it. I have very normal skin, pretty average is moistness/dryness balance but after using this thing it is FILTHY like kind of brown (ew) which is a good thing over a washcloth but it leaves me really dry. After moisturizing, my skin has never felt softer. It feels better than baby skin.

I was so excited to buy this product. It was my first facial brush so I didn't really know what to expect. Using it, it actually cleared my acne and made my skin feel super soft. I loved it, actually. HOWEVER. This thing completely died within probably two months. I thought the battery was just dead, so I charged it, but that didn't work. The thing won't turn on at all. Pretty disappointed because I loved using it, but I feel like I wasted money on it.

beeps every few seconds while charging..I had to put it in another room while it charge because of the constant beeping..annoying..cleans face good but brush holds dirt the first time I used it. I washed the brush after cleaning my face and now the brush head is light brown..never had that to happen with another sonic facial brush

I love the color and its nice to use on my face. I also like it has a timer. Got mine on deal of the day, great price!

Great product. Comes with two brushes which is great for all-over use.

Now that I have found Conair, I will not go back!!

I love this face cleanser. It feels great to clean my pores.

I like how it makes my face feel after use but it won't keep a charge. The light is green when I remove it from the charger and 10 second later it is beeping to recharge.

My skin really needed this thing. I used to always get skin and liquid makeup coming off my skin, it was gross. I tried gentle peels and just rubbing off with my hands but it wasn't good enough. After trying this, my skin looked so smooth and the makeup just glided on, I even got compliments on my skin saying it looked smooth and even. I love it, I use it once or twice a week now for maintenance. The only negative is that the brush feels a bit rough, I've heard they have gentler versions but I haven't been able to find any online.

Easily the best skincare purchase I have made! My face feels incredibly soft and smooth after use. It does not irritate. The 2 brushes make it easy to switch between face and body. The beep system is great to keep track of what areas of your face have been covered. I have smaller pores, no more breakouts and incredibly smooth skin. Overall just love it!

Very easy to use and leaves my face nice, soft and clean.

I purchased my first brush several months ago. Worked great for a few months, then stopped charging. Returned to Best buy, and they exchanged with a new one. The new one worked for one month and stopped charging. Best buy advised to contact the manufacturer. After three calls and 30 minutes wait times...they suggested I mail back to their warehouse at my cost and they will inspect and possibly send another replacement (which I do not want) but make sure to include a check for the shipping of the replacement :(

I am disappointed with this product as it stopped working in just 4 months. Looked sturdy and seems like it would last but it did not.

I had used it maybe like 3 times and how the product doesn't work. Power button still clicks but does nothing, still charges too.
