Easy install, great sound, easy connection to all my Sonos speakers. Only thing the remote is not my favorite style but works well. Love the quality sound from this set. Very clear and crisp.

Bought this package during a Best Buy deal of the day for $599. Couldn't be happier with it. I do think the speakers would benefit from the newer, more powerful amplifier from Sonos but at this price cannot complain at all. The only thing you need to purchase separately is speaker wire which is fine because you can purchase it at the gauge needed for your specific run of wire length. The key pad is nice too but dies fairly quickly. It may be because it's far from my wifi access point and using more power to keep connected.

i purchased this system to put out by my pool. it sounds great but i was given bad information from the best buy employees i spoke to. i was told i could can up to 8 speakers but turns out the amp isn't strong enough to support that. then i was told it was a outdoor amp, which it is not. the other issue i have is the amp wont connect to blueboth. everything has to be connected via wifi and run through the sonos app. turned out to be a huge pain for me, having a brick house caused me to have to run a router outside of my house so the phones and the sonos amp could connect to each other. wish i would have done a little more research. this may be a great setup for some people, just not myself

I found this BestBuy exclusive very appealing, a Sonos & Sonance Outdoor Speaker Streaming Audio Bundle with xPress Audio Keypad. I have heard good things about Sonos products, they are well designed, aesthetic and they perform. So when the package arrived I was amazed at the size and weight of this bundle. Note: that these are not wireless speakers, they require a wired connection from the amp which is the core component of this system to the speakers. All the streaming capabilities take place from the amp and are connected to the speakers with standard speaker wire (not supplied). The amp attaches to your home network via WiFi or an ethernet cable. Unlike the speakers, the amp IS NOT weather proof. So essentially if you are going to use the speakers outdoors you need to run speaker cable. This could be an issue for some, however since we are in the process of building a new house I will have the screened in patio wired for speakers (and possibly a subwoofer, as the amp has an output). Regardless you need to be cognizant of these facts. In some cases, a quality Bluetooth speaker might be more appropriate for your needs. For true audiophiles, wired connections are far superior for high fidelity and given the design of this solution (you are not transmitting a Bluetooth signal from your mobile device to the speakers, but controlling the amp remotely) it provides the best fidelity (I will not get into a debate on the quality of streamed/compressed music). Setup is fairly easy, you have to download the iOS or Android app and create a Sonos account if you do not already have one. Once you sign into your account you can setup the AMP to connect to your home network. Also you can setup your music services, I had no issue setting up Spotify and iHeartradio, I was not able to setup my SiriusXM account though. As soon as the unit was setup it performed an automatic firmware upgrade for the AMP unit. As for sound quality, the speakers are powerful, yet crisp and clear. The speakers are rated for weather and are attractive with innovative speaker wire posts and brackets used to mount the speakers. Overall the system is a quality product which has a lot of capabilities. I did not have the opportunity to use the xPress Audio Keypad, however it provides remote control capabilities for the amp. Pros: - Well built, speakers are weather ready - Sound quality is excellent, clear and crisp with good bass response - LOUD - For people already familiar with the Sonos ecosystem, this unit fits into their world nicely - EQ capabilities within the Sonos app Cons: - Amp is not weatherproof - Speakers are not wireless - Mobile apps do not use the native music service apps (can be a positive or negative). - Kinda pricy - xPress Audio Keypad needs to be configured with an iOS app, no android

A incredible outdoor speaker and streaming system. Very easy to set-up, and the sound quality is wonderful. I would highly recommend.

These are fantastic speakers and have worked marvelously outdoors. Crisp and clear all the way to max volume. Bass is impressive, too.

Excellent product. Sounds great easy to set up. Only down fall is I don’t have WiFi. Have it connected to my pad Definitely recommend having home internet.

I really enjoy having this system, but would like it more if the connect:amp had more power. I have to slide the volume up to ~50% to hear anything from the speakers outdoors. Once I reach that point the volume does continue to scale and at about 80% it is loud enough to hear out in the yard. Once it is audible the sound quality is very good and clear all the way to 100% volume, I just wish it could go louder.

Love the Sonos system! Great ease of use and installation! Have this in our whole house and now outdoors. Clarity of sound is amazing.

We love this set up for our backyard. We have an upper level deck and a lower patio. The sound is full and crisp anywhere in our yard. Nice quality that you’d expect from Sonance and Sonos. They’re 6.5” so comparable to Mariner 64 or 66. If you have higher standards, a bigger yard etc, you can’t go wrong here. If you can get them for anything under 8 hundred, don’t hesitate!! Highly recommended

I am not a professional listener but , these speakers sound Great! they sound just like my other Sono's (indoor ) Speakers. And I liked the 1st Pair I bought a 2nd set, hung them under the eaves in the backyard both house n garage and the it sound is even better than I had hoped. and I've owned Bose . Surround Music With Sono's is the best I even heard outside of concert hall .If they prove and hold up for a few years outside , than I would Highly Recommend

Prior to this purchase we had sonos speakers in our house, but outside we used a Yamaha amp and speakers. I didn’t want to buy the sonos connect to make everything the same ecosystem as it seemed needlessly expensive. I found this deal on Best Buy which seemed at least somewhat reasonable as all sonos products have a premium price attached. It was easy to install, and it sounds great, although it doesn’t really sound any better than the $300 setup I had prior. Everything seems well made, and was packaged well, and it works great with the rest of our sonos products, I just wasn’t blown away with the sound like I was with the play 5.

the speakers and the system are easy to use and install. The speakers are amazing, they go a long way!

Great sound. Sonos connect is a great system to connect to my other Sonos Ones in my house. Only issue is it the volume meter has to be at 50-60 percent for the speakers to be playing at a low volume. I have high quality wire on a short run so I think it may be the amp not being powerful enough to power the speakers. The sound is crystal clear though.

I have a Sonos system for the living room TV and have been waiting for Sonos to come out with outdoor speakers. I figured if Sonos partnered with these speaker folks, they were going to be a good speaker. Connect amp does exactly what it's supposed to do and speakers sound really good.

Great addition to my outside oasis. The sound is awesome and it was fairly easy to set up.
