These are very comfortable, have excellent nice cancelling, amazing sounding music, and not so good call quality. I ultimately had to return them because I needed something that has superior call quality. I picked up the Jabra elite 65e and am very satisfied with them.

I wasn't sure about wireless headphones because I love my clear audio. I also wasn't sure about the around the neck design. The sound quality and noise cancellation are a revelation. These are amazing headphones. They are also surprisingly comfortable and after getting used to them I do not even notice I am wearing them. My only concern is the design of the wires that connect to the headphones. I worry the wires will wear out before the end of life for them.

I like the sound. I have had a number of other Bluetooth headsets and these sound as good as the others I have had. I wouldn't say better but definitely as good. I will say I paid a good bit more for these than others I have and the noise cancelling feature basically doesn't work. I have tried turning it on and off during different situations and environments and it really doesn't help. The battery life is actually pretty good. It does take a long time to charge though. I would recommend these with reservations due to the price.

I did thorough research before buying these. Loved them so much I bought a second pair for a family member. Primary use has been on flights. The noise cancelling feature is fantastic. I never realized how loud the engine noise was until I was able to silence it through these headphones. So comfortable to wear and easy to use controls make these a real winner. Sound quality is fantastic!

I use to own the LG Platinum headphones but I went through 2 sets as the left in ear headphone kept going on. I went back to Best buy looking to get a 3rd set but was told that they discontinued them. So I found these headphones and decided to try them out. I love these headphones. I had BeatsX and they were a disaster. I needed something reliable that paired quickly. These have a great sound and always pair quickly. It comes with an app to change settings or you can use the buttons on the device. Lots of features. Battery life is also good.

The sound and active noise cancellation, as well as battery life are outstanding. However the Mic is not good enough to use with a phone - i.e. this is not a good replacement for a phone headset.

These headphones were my replacement for LG wireless headphones because they lost sound in one ear a little after a year of purchase. These Sony headphones are durable and sleek. The sound with these headphones are crystal clear and the noise cancelling addition definitely works. Best wireless headphones I ever purchased.

These headphones are very comfortable. The earbuds stay in your ears. Sound quality is excellent. Active noise cancelling works very well--not as good as the Sony ANC over the ears but that's to be expected. Besides the over the ears get a little warm when you're using them in the gym.

I like in-ear ANC headphones because I mostly use them for traveling or yard work. These Sony's are light, do a good job of noise reduction and sound really good. Also with an online upgrade, the ANC button can be changed to a Google Assistant button so you can hold the button and speak just as if you were talking to your phone. This was more useful than I originally thought it would be. I would have given 5 stars, but there is no place to "store" the tips, they just dangle.

I have had the LG and beats in ear wireless headphones and these Sony's sound a lot better. If you download the app it makes I easier to customize your equalizer settings. I would recommend these heaphibes, the only downside is the price.

I've tried basically every wireless boombox thingamajigaroo and I can tell you one thing, this set is the cat's bananas. Better than Pear's stuff. Better than Hamsmung. Better than Heats. Better than all of that malarke. Here's the trick, these dudes are doing special magic codecs to make their headphones better wirelessly. If you don't believe me LOOK IT UP.

This is the best noise cancellation headphone I have ever used. Sound qualities and the noise cancellations are on par with Bose QC 35 but the a comfort levels far exceeds any headphones I have used thus far.

Very comfortable to wear and sound amazing. I like the fact that I can plug in if needed (although I have not used that feature yet). These are better sounding than the Bose QC 30 and seem much better built!

I bought these neckbuds because they have Sony LDAC and work with my Sony blueray disc player. I can listen to CD or movies late at night without bothering MSO. They sound wonderful! They also work well at the local bar I hang out at listening to Spotify over my phone with APTX. The NC tunes out the lousy music they play over the bar speakers and the other patrons chatter. They also have a feature called ambient sound where you press a button that lets you hear people talking to you (the cute bartender) without having to remove the earbuds. Thank you Sony!

Purchased as a headset for work, as I am a truck driver that loads and unloads cars everyday. Great, probably the best in sound quality. But, the problem is the earbuds are large and heavy. They wiggle out and fall out. Another thing was the wires do not retract and often got in the way. Great battery life. Simple interface.
