Uncomfortable, noise cancelling disappointing

The noise cancellation on the xm4 was amazing (until I 'optimized' and then it was only pretty good) but they were extremely uncomfortable so I decided to try the Sony's ANC earbuds. I am disappointed to say that the exact same problems persist in this product. The earbuds have to be jammed into your ear canal in order for the noise cancelling to have any effect at all, making them more uncomfortable to wear than I thought possible for earbuds. The noise cancelling on the 1000x is not nearly as impressive as on the over ear xm4s. The playback keeps skipping. Add in the fact that there are no dedicated skip buttons and the 300$ price tag and you have a real dud. I'm going back to LG brand.

Be Warned only charges thru a laptop

Called customer support and they said warranty voided if you use a wall charger I am returning and jumping to Bose
