Great controller

I’m glad I chose to buy it brand new & with a protection plan. The protection plan covers any damage & they simply send you a new one without all of the hassles. You only have to provide some information over the phone.

Great Upgrade

Especially for shooters considering the triggers were wonderfully modified taking tips from the controller of the 360. I am yet to observe how durable it is seeing as the Dualshock 3 was not a very sturdy piece of an accessory. Overall though, 5 stars for the Dualshock 4

Awesome

Lights up, vibrates, and I belief you can hear effects from the games. Wireless and I love that I don't have to buy batteries for it because I can just charge it while playing with a cable that's included with the PlayStation.

Disappointing due to drift

It's minor but noticeable if you're trying to be precise. The color looks nice but that's about it. I should have purchased the regular black controller. I rarely use this control due to the drift
