good price and free shipping staff at the store in Bridgeton, mo. is great and kind know what they are doing and give you their full attention all the time and the greeter at the door always says something when you go in and out

I've been looking everywhere for a Genuine SONY Dualshock 4 controller, and I can confirm this is just that. Very responsive and sturdy.

Nothing wrong with shipping but if u want to buy this i recommed dont and save your money for a better one because this was my second time buying the controller and all of a sudden it stopped working i mean it works but your character on the game will move left while u are moving your joystick to the right

The product was ok but I would prefer the buttons be more interactive and engage with a better touch.

Been waiting for all the various camo controllers to come out. And finally, this blue along with the red camos came out. Now I have a complete set of all camo controllers. The only issue is unlike the controller in the original ps4 box, these always have trouble after about 6 months later and typically don't last more than 12 months.

As someone that has played video games all my life, this control is by far the most comfortable one for my hands that I've ever used... Playstation knocked it out of the park with this new design for the PS4 controller!!!

Bought to replace my sons old controller. No problems.

I have been a PS user from the very beginning and I have always enjoyed using DualShocks and this one is no different. Feels very comfortable in the hands especially if you game for hours.

took a little bit to get used to this controller after using a ps3 controller, but it is pretty cool.

Bought this as an extra controller. Compared to my older DS4 this one is extremely flimsy and has noticeable gaps where the top and the bottom half of the controller meet. squeezing the controller even slightly also produces a crackling sound. Sony support is a joke. the expect you to pay for the shipping fees to return for service which are nearly half the cost of a new controller.

It does what it’s supposed to do, until it doesn’t.
