I have been a sony TV user and this was our first upgrade to 4K. great value for money and we hope to look no further for an upgrade for next 5 years.

Awesome TV, but that goes without saying when you purchase a Sony. Our old Bravia died after 11 years and it was a no brainer to get another Sony. Only negative is that there is only 3 HDMI inputs. More is always better. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the TV for about 4 years and it still hasn’t giving me any problems. The only thing that I have replaced is the remote. It’s been dropped many times by a 5 year old.

The picture quality was great but it took too long to set up and then wouldn’t stay connected to the internet. Could not get Netflix. Just wasn’t a great choice.

Sony has natural looking colors. The sound is weak from the built in speakers, using a sound bar makes a huge difference. The included stand seems to be very flimsy plastic for a tv of this size. Buy a wall mount and don't worry about the stand.

Only thing I'm not 100% thrilled with is you cant change profiles on the Hulu app. You have to cast from your phone if you want anything other than the main Hulu account. But on Netflix you can change accounts no problem...Other than that the TV is fantastic.

I wanted a TV with the pedestal in the middle so that I will be able to set the TV on a TV stand instead of mounting it to the wall and it fits perfect, great TV at a great price.

My first smart tv choice but was disappointed at some points. For some reasons, the Youtube app on my tv doesn’t work properly, either not loading or stop responding. it keeps getting some sort of errors almost every other times I turned it on. I called Sony customer support, I was told to reset the tv, it worked fine after the reset but keep repeating the same errors on next 2 days or so...

The reason I only say a good TV is because it freezes when watching Netflix or streaming movies. You won't be able to turn it up or down. You can't even turn the TV off till its ready to shut off and restart. If your not going to be streaming then would probably be a great tv.

We have been purchasing Sony televisions for more than 30 years because of their high quality and reliability. This new purchase continues that Sony tradition. We are extremely satisfied.

So I was shopping for a 4K hdr tv and even tho the website dose not list it as having hdr on the website it dose and looks wonderful streaming Netflix and playing games on my ps4 pro

This tv is a great price for Sony product. The speakers could be better. Audio from off the air channels will be much lower than audio from hdmi units. On full black screen back lighting is visible around edges of screen.

Bought it without a box to save another $30. The two men handling it though left a huge handprint on the screen & I tried everything to get it off but it won’t. Other than that, I do love the tv & no issues

The color on my Tv is poor and sharpness is not good. This is NOT what I expected from Sony. It's hard to get good answers at Best Buy unless you pay for them.

Has a great picture in standard 4K but hdr is very dark and lackluster at that . Freezes up now and then . But for a basic 4K Sony tv it’s ok .

Had a great experience with the people who helped me out with my purchase and couldn't pass up on the deal i received on my tv purchase
