The problem is that the TV started freezing from the very first month. It is a pain to take the TV to the store and that's why I didn't return it. Initially it used to freeze if you switch between YouTube and Netflix app too frequently. Now it has gotten worse. It has started freezing even when I try to turn it on in the mornings. To restore the TV to normal, I have to unplug the power cable and plug it back and then only the TV responds. It's not at all worth the buy!! A big disappointment for #Sony Follower. #Sony should look into hardware/application optimization to support a smart TV. It's just a dumb TV, not a smart one for me :(

However, it was covered under the manufacturer's warranty and Sony replaced it with a slightly different model within a week. They came right out to the house and so far it's working great. So 1 star for the faulty TV but 5 stars for Sony's customer service.
