The television is ok. There are aspects that are great and others that are lacking. Pros: Viewing angles are great. Motion blur not noticable Ok at up converting Cons: The color is washed out bad. SD and some HD content appear blurry

I want to return this television! I am not able to hear television without my cordless earphones and share the sound with company who are not hearing disabled. I am not happy! I was told this television was compatible with all cordless earphones; it is not. Geek Squad had to disconnect the speakers for my ability to use the ear phones. I am not happy!!

Good TV for basic use. Not the best picture with dark scenes.

This TV was good when it was working, even though it isn’t a SMART tv. However, there are two broken lines on the screen already and I have only owned it for about 9 months. I will be going with a different one next time.

I purchased a Open Box Tv and though it is Geek Certified and would be in Excellent Condition. There was only $30 off on the Product. To my surprise, entire Foam inside the TV was missing. TV was not in Excellent condition. I went to store and they mentioned you can return it if you want. I was not expecting such kind of Customer Service. It was kind of TV with Box (Open). It contianed only the Box and no foam in it. I would never advise anybody to buy anything from Best Buy which is Open Box as you cannot Trust.

I have had several issues with this TV. Within months of purchase the tv would not power on. Warranty covered it and i believe the main board was replaced. I had the same issue a year later and warranty would not cover. Replaced the main board myself and fixed. Now the TV will power and have sound, just no picture. I cannot find support on what needs to be replaced now.

I grew up with Sony. I trust the brand and the service. Last year, in 2017, I bought two Sony TVs. Neither of them are working properly. This particular one is dead completely. Service has been terrible with scheduled appointments and noshows. I believe this will be my last Sony TV. Time to try something else.
