Poor choice for a Smart TV ... the OS is horrible. It's very limited to the apps you can install. The picture quality leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased this TV in 2018 and it died Feb 2023 -it started power cycling on it's own and two days later it would power off completely with a red light flashing. Sometimes flashing 6 time sometimes flashing twice every few seconds. By March 1st it was in the Howard County landfill. Never again Sony.

It's not a disaster, but it's not great, either. There's a big grey blotchy spot every time the screen goes dark that's totally distracting. I'm returning.

It does not connect to the internet for prolonged period of times if at all. Which makes the Smart TV part of the TV useless.

Purchased on 1/24/2018. Wouldn't turn on at all by 3/30/2018. Repair a week later was unsuccessful. TV deemed not repairable by Sony on 4/5/2018. Two months out of the box and beyond repair. As of today (4/10/2018) issue is still not resolved. I strongly urge anyone considering this TV to learn from me. Don't do it! Google the model # of the Bravia series before purchase and save yourself the headache. There are hundreds of complaints and reports of the same thing happening to others.
