I went into the store unsure of what I wanted. I ended up with this TV for a great price. I purchased it to replace my nearly 10 year old Panasonic LCD 42 inch. It's for sure an upgrade. I enjoy how easy I can watch YouTube, etc. without having to hook up my Chromecast.

Opted to purchase this Sony 65" and was not disappointed. Sound could be better, I added a sound bar & it's perfect. Also really user friendly right out of the box and the smart features are a great addition!

Fit perfectly to our new house. Nice sound and color, works good with sound bar.

Unbelievable picture quality. If I had a complaint, it would be that you have to point the remote so perfectly directly at the tv to get it to work. Just seems like it should work more fluidly. But not enough of a complaint to prevent me from giving the tv 5 stars.

I originally purchased a 55 inch and then moved up to 65. I was extremely pleased. The color of picture of a Sony 4K hdr cannot be best. The Geek squad was also the best in mounting and placing the tv on wall. Highest praises to Best Buy for their customer service.

After over ten years we finally decided to upgrade from our DLP projection TV. After much review and waiting for the right sale we chose the Sony 65" HDR TV. Like the features, internet capability and of course a great picture.Very satisfied with our purchase.

I had no intention of purchasing a new "65 Sony android tv, but i love best buy, and I loved the fact that there was an Android tv. everything is always for Apple product, and of course, I have an Android. between the sale and bundle package I got with it, I had to have it! it's easy to use and easy to connect. The apps you can download and things you can search are great! Oh, and i LOVE that this tv lets you connect to only one remote with your cable provider. The picture quality is phenomenal and I feel like I'm in a movie theater with my surround sound. thanks for my first awesome Sony tv!

Great pricing on this TV for all of its great features. I feel this TV is easy to navigate. I felt comfortable buying a Sony. Netflix in 4K is amazing. I'm waiting for 4K hdmi cables and a new 4K tuner tomreally see what my new set up is capable of.

Excellent TV for gaming all my games look amazing on this TV and movies Upscale Better than most TV's. The Android TV Feature is really cool as Well. the Help guide is on the TV. and the TV Remote works with my PS4 and PS3 for ease of use for watching Movies. No need to buy a Remote for movie watching on the Game consoles. another Perk is it still has Aux and Component all in one plug in for your old stuff like VCR if you are still rocking the old school..

This was a great buy for all the features that came with the television. The picture was clear and bright. The hidden features that are associated within the unit was a surprise. You can link up your top box cable box. Remote control is voice activated.

I bought this TV online from Best Buy for in-store pickup. I took it home and unboxed the sturdy boxed TV. I was amazed how quickly I got it together, hooked up, and running beautifully. This has a fantastic picture and all the apps perform as advertised.

I didn't plan on purchasing this TV, but I knew that Sony was a reliable brand for electronics. I'm glad I made the right choice for this unit. The picture quality is incredible, 4k is amazing. I don't think I could go back to a standard HD TV. I've trusted Sony products for years, I've never had a bad experience with their products.

I own one of the previous models of this tv, and used to get frustrated with the lag between the smart tv applications. I love the new upgrades that were added and clarity of the 4K UHD is amazing. It’s also great picture when I’m playing video games.

Went in with heart set on buying an LG 70” 4 K and walked out with the Sony 65” 4K 850E after comparing picture and specs

Bought this 65” to replace a 55” in my living room and I’m glad that I’ve chosen SONY. Great color and the hdr made the difference. SONY rules!

Overall the tv is great. I had originally bought a Samsung 7 series and returned it to get a Sony series 8. Great picture quality. I like the interface, easy to use. Just feel it’s slower compared to the Samsung I had. I don’t feel it’s my internet or anything else making it “slow” could be where the sensor is on the tv? Not sure. But I still really like it.

I love this TV! Beautiful sound and beautiful color picture. I feel like I am in a theater. I bought this same model seven years ago, only it was 46 inches. I paid much more for it, and the powerboard died. Hopefully this one will last longer.
