    Just wish Best Buy’s system was working properly and it wouldn’t have taken 3 tries to get the tv delivered. Also the installation got messed up too. First appointment got cancelled by you. Next available was 8 days later. Also, was going to be overcharged by $50. We had to have another company hang it who came out same day and ended up being half the price.

    Lackluster picture and long time to load

    The picture is not good, distorted and the coloration is not great. It has issues connecting and launching apps which my previous Smart TV had no issues with. It's also a lot thicker than I had hoped and the display in the store has feet in a different location so the foot measurement was not as I imagined and I had to put it on a larger stand

      We apologize for the distorted picture, poor color, slow apps, and stand issue with your 75" BRAVIA 2 II.

      1. Troubleshooting (Picture and Speed)
      Picture Fix: In Settings → Display & Sound → Picture, reset settings or disable features like Reality Creation.

      Speed Fix: Perform a Power Cycle (unplug for 2 minutes) and check for all System and App updates.

      2. Stand Issue
      The 75-inch BRAVIA 2 II does not have adjustable feet. The fixed stand width is approximately 56.75 inches.

      If your console is too narrow, we recommend a universal VESA table-top stand or wall mounting.
