It was easy to set up but just hard to get used to the controls and controlling what you want to control...it's all brain memory and repeated usage.

Good product! Easy to use, Japanese is tough to read, but mandarins is even harder!

I have used a Logitech remote control in the past, this remote works just as good.

I got it because it was cheap. It works pretty well from a distance. It synced to my tv and blu ray. It works really well switching between what I need. The only problem is It didn't sync to my HD DVR. I have a wow box and it will not sync to it or control it in anyway.

This remote takes the clutter off of the end tables. Great gift for my spouse, now he doesn't have to jump up from the TV to the recliner. He is very happy with this great remote. Love the five channel pre-programed channels for our favorite stations. Excellent!

I like this remote; it's simple, a little complicated to setup if you don't know the codes. You have to try few before you get to the right one, once you have it, it will work like a breeze.

This is a very good remote! I use it for my tv, direct tv box and Blu Ray player. It was easy to set up. I'm glad that I don't have to keep searching the house anymore for lost remotes

I needed a new remote for my Sony Blue Ray player. It's missing a couple of keys that my original remote had, but I only paid $13 for it so I can't complain. I have not tried to use it with another brand of player or TV etc.

Lost a remote somehow for a Sony TV. This Sony remote worked out of the box, first time, no programming needed to recognize the TV. Haven't used any of the programmable features, but nice to know they are there if I need them in the future.

This remote control has been fantastic. I've been using it for 6 months now to control my tv, old dvr, cable box, and roku. The learning feature means I get full functionality for all devices. I would have given this 5 stars, but the button labels don't really have the names I would have expected at this point and its missing some simple ones, like an exit button. I can program other buttons, so the functionality is there, just not perfect design.

i purchased this remote several years ago. I lost it so I purchased another.

Remote is well laid out and has good feel to it. The reason I only rated ease of use good instead of excellent is that the keys are not illuminated. I watch tv in bed so the room is darkened. I would have liked the convenience of an illuminated control panel.

This remote really works. I had trouble with some less expensive remotes.

It's good. I wish it was a little more flexible in what it allows to be assigned to designated buttons. I had a blueray and a DVD but it wouldn't let me assign the dvd to the CD which is what it was going to be used for.

This is a great remote, it is easy to set up with my Visio TV, DIRECTV receiver, LG Blu-ray player and Sony DVD Recorder. Also was easy to teach it some buttons I like on one of my remotes. Would definitely buy this again.

Bought this for my VIZIO M SERIES 70" Smart-3D TV because all the reviews hammered the remote it came with. Self learning remote that does it all. A very good product for less than $25.

This is an excellent remote and I should know since I bought 6 remotes for different TV's in the house. I purchased cheap ones and expensive ones for various rooms, but I find this remote to be the easiest to use. Highly recommend this remote.
