The Sony remote does the job and allows multiple components to be controlled from a single source. Reasonably priced and works every time.

Does everything the big boys do at a fraction of the price. I'm going to buy another just to have a back up.I cannot recomend this enough. All the negative reviews were pilot error . Just make sure you have brand new alkalines in it when you use it to learn from other remotes. next to my Toyota Pick Up, one of the best things I ever bought.

This remote is a good value, especially when I got it for 40% off. It's great for consolidating several remotes into one. It's programmable so if there are unique buttons on your original remote that aren't represented or working properly on this remote, it can "learn" the right commands so you can map any function you want to a particular button. My favorite feature is the dedicated TV power button so you can quickly turn the TV on/off without changing to "TV mode" first.

Works great easy to program. No. Problems setting up. Automatically finds all Sony DVR players, television's and blue ray players. Scans ands other devices.

Remote able to control Television, DVD Player, Receiver and Cable Box with single unit. Now able to Return cable control and remove monthly rental fee. Simple to program and use.

The best part of this remote is that you can make it learn so no mater what device you have it is going to work. I love this remote at this price.

When I lost my TV remote, I was thinking to buy another one. Then I came to know about this universal one which can control all my Sony product s and even more! I"m happy with this purchase.

I needed a new controller to replace my broken Blu-Ray contoller. So when I saw this one day sale, I thought this one would be better than anything else I could get for the sale price. And I was right it is a great controller, it has learning functions, Marco, and better signal. The learning functions work great and the signal strength is great I had problems with my cable remote working without prefect aiming. I am very happen with it.

Initially I was apprehensive about cost, but, compared to the manufacturer replacement controller cost it is a great bargain! It has worked flawlessly for me on my favorite SONY TV.
