    Sony FX3 has completely transformed my workflow. It combines the image quality of a cinema camera with the portability of a mirrorless body. The full-frame sensor delivers breathtaking low-light performance — even at high ISO, footage remains clean and detailed. The color science is stunning, and S-Cinetone looks cinematic right out of the camera, which saves me hours in post-production but I would still recommend shooting in S-Log3 to achieve the highest dynamic range. The active cooling system is a game changer for long shoots, and the customizable buttons make operating the camera incredibly intuitive. I also love the built-in tally lights and top handle with XLR audio inputs, which make it feel like a professional rig without needing bulky accessories. Works perfect with my Sennheiser MKH 416 P48. Autofocus is extremely fast and reliable, even with moving subjects, which is perfect for documentary or solo shooting. Battery life is solid, and the build quality feels premium and rugged. If you’re serious about filmmaking but want something light and versatile, the FX3 is worth every penny. It’s a professional tool in a compact body.

    After filming over 1500 music videos I can honestly say this is the BEST camera investment I’ve EVER made! Perfect size for travel & day to day use but the Quality is unreal!

    The Sony FX3 has quickly become my favorite camera. I love how compact it is without sacrificing image quality—it gives that true cinematic look right out of the camera. The low light performance is insane, and the colors are clean and easy to work with. Paired with the right lens, this thing delivers every time. Whether it’s for content, events, or commercial work, it’s solid. Definitely one of the best tools I’ve invested in.

    Great Camera for Video and Photos. Highly recommend for some who wants the best you can get at a compact size you cant beat the Fx3. Great for video and photograph. I upgraded from FX30 and have seen a great jump in quality especially when it comes to night time video and photos.

    Was going back and forth on getting the fx3 for awhile now and have been waiting for the second version. They released the FX3A in 2025 with just an updated screen. I think its still worth it in 2026. I came over from Canon and the quality and lowlight is just better for cinematography
