Exactly as expected the best console you can buy. This is my second PS5 the new design is extremely nice and you have the option to add a disk drive at any time which is a genius idea. Size comparison to the original is now outstanding. All around a great product.

Games look amazing and run smooth. I bought the digital edition since I don’t really own physical copies of games and it looks so slim compared to the first ps5’s.

I had an issue with my PS5 package getting lost during delivery, but Best Buy’s customer service was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve the problem. They tracked the package and arranged for me to pick it up the very next day at my local store. When I got the PS5, it was brand new, undamaged, and in perfect working condition. The console itself is amazing, with fast load times, stunning 4K visuals, and an incredible gaming experience thanks to the DualSense controller. Despite the initial hiccup, Best Buy’s support made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Everything about this is so cool. Wasn’t sure if I’d like the digital version; I’ve always liked physical copies, but having a digital library is pretty cool too.

Perfect size weather horizontal or vertical! 4k display makes great visuals during gameplay along with video media! Two USB C ports on the front makes perfect for charging controller and USB drive use! Easy access for installation of extra internal storage!

Great Graphics for price point. I love the Gyro as well. Its a unique experience that the Xbox or switch arent able to fully offer (Gyro with 4k). The Fan noise is also very minimal in my experience.

I love that the ps5 was actually in my budget at the time. I aslo love the quality and the performance on this. It is way better than the ps4 lol.
