I'm a big Sony buff when it comes to gaming. I had the PS4 Pro for 3 years, and delayed getting the PS5 due to not many exclusives for some time, as well as the inventory issue. Well, finally PS5s are much easier to get without going through scalpers, and I'm so glad I did! The PS5 is just an awesome console. All PS4 exclusives look and play way better on the PS5 (Ghost of Tsushima, God of War, Horizon, etc.), but the real star is the newly redesigned controller. Not only is better to hold in the hand, but the adaptive triggers are an absolute game changer! I thought they were a gimmick when I read about them, but I'm glad I was so wrong! They really do immerse you so much more in games like COD, Horizon, etc. If you get invited to buy a PS5, then I highly recommend that you do buy it! I would also recommend buying some skates for the PS5 and keep it horizontally, and also consider buying a 2TB storage soon after buying it.

If this could do normal things a computer could, it would legit replace my PC. At this point consoles are super powerful due to everything being so well made for them. The storage needs to be more reasonable though, becuase c'mon... Some games are over 100 gigabytes so this needs adressed in the future. Controller is great, but again c'mon it dies in literally a few hours. should last atleast 10 hours an no its more like 4 hours if your lucky.

My PS5 is the best console I've ever owned. I can't believe how fast the loading times are. The graphics are incredible, and I'm totally hooked on the new games. It's seriously worth every penny. Best purchase I've made in a long time!

It’s very fast, graphics are awesome, and I love the selection of games. The only thing I can find wrong with it is that even though it supports Bluetooth for its controllers, does not support Bluetooth for any type of wireless headphones so you have to use wired headphones that plug into the controller or get wireless headphones that have an adapter that can be inserted to the ps5.

What can I say about this system that hasn’t already been said? I’ve always been a PlayStation fan so I was happy to finally upgrade! I’ve had no problems with my console and have loved everything about it. To the fact it goes in rest mode automatically if I turn off my TV, the huge speed increase from the PS4, along with the amazing visuals you get now! I highly recommend upgrading as soon as you can if you can afford it!

I just bought the PS5 switching from the Xbox Series S and PS 5 exclusives are great and the graphics are stunning. I love the interface but 1 thing to note is that the PS5 is quite big so know where your going to put it before buying. And PS plus is more expensive than gamepass. But aside from that it’s the best console on the market in my opinion.

I have always been a PlayStation guy and this is by far the best machine they have built to date. Amazing graphics and load times are so much faster.

[Employee of bestbuy] I have been hunting a PS5 since their debut. I waited in queues on the Playstation website only to be too slow. The PS5 is an amazing piece of equipment for gaming. The haptic/optic controls are so fun when playing games like Horizon: Forbidden West. The system DOES have backwards compatibility but ONLY with PS4 titles that have a disc. All your digital games will be safe to play, so don’t worry about that! The warranty is discounted for me because I work at the McDonough location, but the warranty for two more years is an excellent decision. Not everything happens within a year, hut having three years is an excellent time period for accidents to happen. I’d recommend getting it, even if it makes the price go up.

I think Vest but did a great job in helping me get my dream console, the delivery was smooth on time and ps5 works great. I love the design of the product. I bought it at the best time, the old design I feel is much better than the newer versions and I got a sweet deal on it!!

the ps5 is a good console for your average gamer, plus the fact you can add extra storage by removing the covers and installing an ssd is great! the customizability of the covers too adds a more of a personal touch to make the ps5 feel like its yours. the adaptive triggers in the controller and design itself is also fire

I have a gaming PC and just bought the PS5 and I have not been on my PC since... This system is 100% worth every penny and is incredible for all games. I've really enjoyed the improvements to the user interface settings. The speed is off the charts and I have not and don't plan on running into any issues anytime soon.

Absolutely love the system, runs well, very much so like a small pc. Making this my first ever console purchased with my own money i might be biased. Aside from that i would still very much so recommend the PS5, my only complaint would be the controllers do not last as long as the dualshock 4.

Loads very quickly. Graphics and gameplay are superb. Ps5 exclusive games are awesome. We have 3 accounts on one console, so that the whole family can play and have fun.

Well let’s just say the PS5 is very “Underwhelming.” I waited two years to finally get one of these and to my surprise, it was not that impressive. I mean going from the PS4, a 13 year old system, you would expect this system to be light years ahead of the last…it isn’t. In fact, the PS4 boasts a much larger and enjoyable game library to choose from, bigger internal storage spaces for games, and a much better price tag compared to the new generation PS5. The PS5s physical size is gigantic compared to Ps4, takes up a lot of room on a table or in your living room. The graphics are slightly better, almost unnoticeable to be honest. Some of the games play a little smoother and feel just a bit nicer than their PS4 counterparts. So far I have not been able to find anything in the PS5 exclusive library that really wows me. At least not yet. I think the price tag on the system is way too high for what you actually get. Only one controller, a lousy 1TB storage drive, that the operating system uses a big chunk of. PS5 games cannot be played from external hard drives on this system and must be on the console storage, which is really bad in my opinion. The big games will hog the storage like Call of Duty, and other can take up to 200 plus gigs of storage alone. I can go on and on about this system, but in all reality, I would say this system should retail no more than $299.99 for what you actually get. You will have to upgrade storage, it’s a must. That will set you back another couple hundred bucks, the games are $70.00 and very few good titles to choose from. The user interface is strange, almost like a Netflix style, which I don’t really care for. It’s a mild upgrade from its 13 year old previous model. Nothing really great about it. Kind of regret the purchase actually. It cannot play PS3 hard copy games either, which is strange. I was to believe backwards compatibility would be a feature on this system to play all PS games from all generations, that’s definitely not the case here. Some PS4 games work but not all. So if you have a PS4 and it is in good working order, I suggest just sticking with it for now, unless a game that is going to be released only for the Ps5 that you want to play is coming out. Then you are kind of forced to go in this direction or get it on PC which at almost 600 bucks…you might as well just buy a PC instead and play it that way. Just my thoughts.

PS5 is very cool and interesting console. When I bought PS5 via particular Best Buy store and I immediately playing on PS5 however, the storage capacity and controller is satisfactory to me. Performance seems like very much better than PS4 was. I recommend everyone to get PS5.

Amazing console with great graphics and capabilities however for adept gamers I’d recommend 1 TB. It can run at 120 frames with a monitor that supports 144 hertz however without a monitor or alternative device it still looks and runs smoothly with no issues and I’ve been using it with a TV since I got it with no complaints. The noticeable difference when you first boot it up and load a game in comparison to a prior console like the ps4 or the Xbox one is insane.
