I bought this adapter for my PlayStation and it works exactly as expected. The setup was quick and easy, the connection is stable, and I haven’t had any issues. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Great, it was just the device I needed for my latency issues.

Needed a replacement for my original USB. It was an Easy Connection Link for both PS5 and PC.

Works great. Has never dropped connection when im using it.

Get a replacement plan it’s cheaper than buying a new one every time it barely gets bumped and completely folds in half

Got a Pulse Elite in February. The Link with that one failed around December of last year. Warranty does cover it for a year but they require you to send in the entire headset to replace the Link, which I had no issue with the headset so didn't want to since the replacement process was quoted as taking 2-3 weeks. So I ordered this instead around that time. It is now January and this one has already failed on me the same as the last (won't power, won't hard reset). It's a shame, loved the Pulse Elites but the reliability of these adapters are just miserable.

This thing works for audio. I thought I could use it for the controller to go from Bluetooth to wireless to see if there was less latency, but apparently it only works for the audio, not for controllers. It works good for what it was designed for.

Good quality, but description should clarify if compatible with previous models oh headsets. Cannot sync with Gen 1 playstation headset.

The Playstation Link USB is a great backup incase people want a backup incase they loose thier original Playstion Link USB. BE AWARE THOUGH, the Playstation Link USB is NOT compatible with the original Pulse 3D Headset. It only works for the brand new Elite Headset and Earbuds only. I personally have NOT seen any mention of this on the internet, so for new buyer's, BE AWARE. For those who want to get a replacement for thier Elite Headset or Ear Buds, by all means go for the purchase. It pairs perfectly and works great too.

I wished PlayStation just had a built in Bluetooth headset adapter. It’s a pain point to have use up an USB port on my PlayStation just to sync the audio.

Definitely a good replacement if you don't want to spend more money for a brand new headset but it still has it random discontent but it works amazingly

Great for connecting to a pc. I use this with PS Link ear pods. I can connect quickly between different PS and PC platforms. I connect to work laptop and my phone for music and calls on both. Does not connect to 3R pulse because its not made for that. It works fine for its purpose. Connects faster than other similar items. I am buying a second one.

This dongle is a great addition to my PS5 and the earplugs. It helps them work wirelessly highly recommend recommended.

I bought this for my pulse elite headset. The headset came with one. However I wanted a second dongle for my work computer station so I could switch from ps5 to work computer. It’s not as easy as Sony/PlayStation makes it out to be. It didn’t work like like they made it out to be. It’s either defective or the headset. Regardless it was a waste of money. I’ll just hold onto it incase the original adapter dongle needs replaced.

Only works with updated PlayStation headset not the original ones

Bought this to have an adapter for my PC without having to keep moving my primary off my PS5. Initial setup didn't work to well after troubleshooting this works perfectly. Assuming I just got a defective one. BUT now is working perfectly. easily switch between my main adapter and this one.

It was in very good condition, came in a box with the instructions although it wasn't presented fancy in the box. My only issue was the fact that the description was misleading, it does not work will all bluetooth headphones, only sony ones. Mistake on my part, but wish it was explained better for newbies to this part of console. It did indeed work though!

The USB makes it easy to connect certain PlayStation devices and promises to improve in connectivity. If you have more than 1 device, like multiple PS5, a pc, etc, by clicking on the USB you can move from 1 to another easily. My judgement comes at the price of $25 which is a lot. The new Pulse Elites come with one and one is enough.

Best Buy was quick and easy with the help of my online purchase. Would highly recommend this product for anybody seeking a replacement USB for the Sony. PS five Pro headset. Very simple to use plug it in to the USB port on the PlayStation and hold the button until it starts blinking and that’s it. You’re all set.
