I had them for less than 2 years, and they quit working. My son- in-law suggested I get a pair of headphones. I am very happy with the headphones.

Good clarity

Consequently I require a lot of volume and my wife who has better than average hearing can now enjoy normal sound. Only negative is after a while the headset hurts my ears somewhat.

It did not charge. sony sent me another battery and still it did not charge. I've been using AAA regular batteries with no problem

almost perfect

The new is improved and is better for noise cancelling. Because his hearing is failing, it is used by my husband to watch TV. On one TV everything is perfect. Hooked to the other, perhaps because on a table with metal trim, there is static I can't get rid of; so he doesn't use them there.. We are still able to use the old ones on that TV with no interference. I'm not very technical so perhaps I am missing some type of adjustment.

Good for Grandpa

He liked them enough to get a second pair. However, the sound does cut out every once and a while and we aren’t sure why. Other than that it seems to be a good product.
