I'm so glad I bought this one! It works really well and it's also cheaper! I originally was going to buy another more expensive brand with a little bit higher rating but it was out of stock. So I had to buy this brand. And surprisingly, I'm so happy with it and so glad I did not buy the other one. It definitely deserves a 5 stars rating from me!

Received item yesterday, set it up last night. Easy to get ready. Nice that the wheels are already in place. It's bigger than I anticipated, so have to move furniture around, but that's ok. What I DON'T care for is how fast the water is evaporated, and how often it needs filling. I'm keeping an eye on and when it gets low refill. Initial fill too quite a bit of water. And, my water is very ground warm. I won't be able to keep up with ice for colder water. Overall, so far, it's working well!

The first one did not work on Med fan. So Best Buy was fast to send a new one. And picked up the bad one within a week. We love the cooler fir the garage and back patio. Totally recommend it.

Not what I expected it does cool down the room some but very loud, me personally I sleep well with loud fans but is u don’t this is not for your room also drips water so make sure u have something under it I use a plastic shoe mat, not sure if I would buy again if had a chance??
