Did a group order for myself and some buddies and all four showed up in standard condition. The figure is a great repaint of the original. The price is a bit steep and would've been better at $30. The card back is flimsy and is hard to get without it being bent. Overall, I love this figure and the artwork on the card is awesome! I highly recommend having this in your collection.

Got to say that this figure is superb, mine has no paint flaws or loose joints so it's a delight to pose. The joints are in the sweet spot range of being tight but not too tight to pose. The Paint apps themselves do an amazing job at bringing the credits art from The Mandalorian to life and I am loving owning this figure. I didn't get the opportunity to get the original release so I am glad I hopped on this immediately. Though I do hope to get the original at some point because the figure is just THAT good. And besides, you can never have too many mandalorians, am I right?

I bought two of these. One for myself ( open box ) that was discounted. Another brand new. The brand new one, they shipped in a carboard box with air pillows. Came perfect. The open box, shipped in a bubble bag. The card was damaged, the plastic bubble protecting the figure had a crack in the side. I knew this and opened it up. Got a heavy Mandalorian guarding my PC. I was very pleased with both of my purchases. I feel it could have been a little faster in the shipping department. All in all, great buy!

This deluxe figure is truly worth it!!! The Mandalorian season 1 is phenomenal and this figure sculpt and details are amazing!!! Highly recommended. Keep in mind this is the 2nd release of the this figure. If you can get your hands on either version, you won’t regret it!!! The main difference is this is painted in the same palette as the end credit scenes after each episode. And the nostalgic cardback is the biggest size ever!

I arrived late in the game for Black Series figs. This figure is a solid release, the difference from the original is the color. I love it being display in my collection.

The Heavier, the better a cool character from The MANDALORIAN Season One on Disney+. Thrilled too add this Big Boy to my collection!

Don’t believe when it says “excellent open box”, it’s not even close to excellent.

Very nice figure. I was hesitant about the audacious paint decals on the Credit Collection figures, but it really works on this guy! Only downside for me personally is I take them out of the box, so the blister packaging is not my favorite; I prefer the traditional Black Series packaging. But, for what it is, it looks very nice.

This morning I received the Star Wars the Mandalorian credit series heavy infantry Mandalorian. What a beautiful figure in great packaging this is. Talking in my Yoda voice ha ha. But I have to hand it to Best Buy because it’s always a crapshoot when you order something that you are an inbox collector that it will come with no scratches. Best Buy outdid themselves it was packed perfectly. Not a scratch on the box not a dent in the packaging it came in mint condition. If you’re an inbox collector and you see anything on Best Buy just know from my experience creates a belief and now my belief is they will ship it to you in perfect condition mint condition.

Awesome representation of the character shown in The Mandalorian. Feels great to pose and a nice change of pace from previous Black Series releases. Highly Recommended! Purchased two one for me one for a friend as a gift, but the cardboard was really bent. Made the drive to a nearby store and the store personnel was quick to help in exchanging my transaction.

i really like this figure,i think the colors on it look better then the first release,and they are different enough to be a different person.he is big and bulky,and if nothing else a good paper weight,a good buy for any fan.thank you very much.

The figure is great and I have nothing bad to say about it, but I do strongly suggest you buy it in store/person. Apparently, the people who are responsible for shipping this to customers who ordered on-line, are clueless about how to package an item like this. It shouldn't be too hard to tell if the box you're using is too small for the item being shipped. The first clue should've been realized when they had to literally shove, and force it into the box which led to damaged packaging (this is a collectible item that is exclusive to Best Buy)! Bad enough it was once, but they did it 3 total times! Anyway, the figure is excellent, and looks just like the post episode credits scenes. Highly recommended item, but only if purchased in person if you care about the item packaging.

We have the previous release of the Heavy Cannon Mandalorian and thought it was pretty cool, so we had a feeling that they did more than repackage it. And, we were right. And left with a second one. lol This release has some pretty cool splashes of color throughout the armour and the base colors of the armor, forearm weapons, etc. are different colors from the initial release of the figure. We're not going to pick one over the other. One is hovering between Jango Fett and the Mandolorian, guns drawn, as all three tower over a small battalion of Jump and Jet Pack troopers, so it's heavily fortified area. lol The other, which would be the new release, stands at the ready with Mando, Cara and IG. We feel pretty safe. Buy em both.
