This was my first black series helmet. I was highly impressed With the quality of this collectible. Easy to assemble and adjust. Nice and roomy and comfortable as well. The electronics are solid. Looks fantastic in my collection and now I just want more!

If it’s to big add foam to the side which solves the problem. Microphone voice changer needs work. Looks good and accurate but the battle damage was a bit to much. I’m happy with it

The box was really damaged but I don’t collect them with boxes so I don’t mind but for other it’ll be a big issue...!!!

This is just big and cool! Was for the 6 year old but great gift for a 90 Year old... speaker could be a little better but it just looks awesome!!

Great price compared to other high end trooper buckets. Very durable and it comfortable Sound changer is terrible not even close to sounding like a trooper

My grandson loved it! He is a Star Wars fan and loves sounding like a stormtrooper.

Bought this for my sons birthday. It arrived the Next day as promised; however, it was an open box used helmet in poor condition!

Got this for my son when he got a game he wanted to exchange. Only paid the difference other I wouldn’t have bought this as it’s very expensive/over priced. Helmet has a decent fit but isn’t very comfortable. Has a voice change feature that doesn’t really work, you can barely hear any difference when you’re wearing the helmet and if you’re listening you don’t notice anything. Ends up being a pretty useless feature which is the only feature. So it’s basically just a cool looking, ready made, very expensive cosplay-style helmet.

The Incinerator Trooper is a pretty cool character, and is a great variant of the stormtrooper helmet. This Black Series helmet is a great reproduction of the helmet, which at this price point can’t be beat. It has great detail and even a voice modulator that ‘kind of’ makes your voice sound like an Imperial trooper. BUT, the attempt at making the paint look worn and battle damaged just looks like a manufactured printed pattern ..close up. Take a few steps back, however, and the effect comes off pretty good. So for a display piece a little up and out of the way, it’s awesome!

My son got this for his birthday. Looks really good and can be adjusted for size. The voice changer works ok.

this helmet exterior is great, the details are there but it lacks details on the inside. i own the darth vader, ironman, and ant man helmet, and they all have great detail on the inside. This one and also the regular storm trooper also fail in the voice box. I won't be using it for the wearing purpose but more of a display so the details are more important to me/

It's a gorgeous helmet to be sure. The intercom is pretty pointless, you can hardly hear it. So much so that you could easily leave it on and run down the batteries. I have to run my fingernail across it to be sure it's off before putting it up. It's not comfortable to wear even as Stormtrooper helmets go. If it was a little bigger, it would sit better on the shoulders and not push the head down. Great to look at though!!

Bought as a gift for my brother in-law. Seems sturdy and looks cool.

It is just a repaint but its awesome. The voice changer doesn’t work but you should already know that. Great for wall display.

I am a collector so I also like to keep the packaging. It was sent only in the package the helmet came in. So it had shipping labels on it the box was more than damaged. Anyone walking by can see what it is on the porch as well. So to say I was angry is about right. If that's the way things are shipped it will be the last time I buy anything like that from Best Buy.

This helmet is well done overall. I bought one with an open box discount and would gladly do so again. It is well painted, showcasing great paint ware and tear. It is made to look dirty and stands out plainly on a shelf. I have several of these and the plastic on this version in particular has a matte finish compared to the Shock trooper or Shadow trooper version.

This thing is solid, really well built comes in three pieces in the box. Easy to put together. Some of the seam lines aren't tight together but it doesn't bother me much. It has a little built in microphone speaker box it's not very loud. My only issue is I wish my 6 year old didn't steal it on me now I have to get another one.

Great helmet as a display piece as the build material and over all weight of the item leaves a bit to be desired. I'd say go for it if you can nab it on sale and hold you're expectations or want to put in a cabinet or what have you.

I’m absolutely sick high-quality. I love these black series helmets they’re very well-made they’re pretty affordable and they’re highly customizable definitely recommended that you buy some helmet padding and make a few modifications to the inside but awesome for Cosplay or just for display
