The gen one came out a while ago and the gen two doesn’t change enough about it to still warrant a $200 price tag. It’s still a great headset, it’s just the same as the gen one with more sound settings on the app.

Great sound quality and has a pairing app that apply surround sound. Great for immersion, solid choice for fps for a decent price

A really good headset. The phone app that goes works with these give the ps5 thr sonar eq. Very comfortable for long grinding days.

As far as in game audio listening to actual gameplay, footsteps, etc. This item is everything that you’re looking for especially if you are solo gamer. However, if you are a gamer who’s always in a party with friends or audio chat while playing. I would not recommend simply because this mic is very sensitive and picks up every little thing even with voice isolation settings enabled. So on the fence with this one. I prefer another product with Astro wireless headset about $20-$40 more but well worth it.

It was really comfortable and had good sound quality, but even after playing with settings in GG for over an hour, the mic sounded like I somehow connected a walkie talkie to my computer. It was such a drop in quality that I decided not to be stubborn and just returned the headset.
