    BEWARE! I’d give this 0 stars if I could. In fact, I should be compensated for the hefty bill I paid to have this useless thing mounted and the huge ordeal this purchase has caused - so it actually deserves negative. I received a defective one that absolutely refused to connect to wifi. We bought 3 WiFi extenders to place around our house thinking maybe the connection was weak. Finally I chat with Best Buy support who basically brushed me off and told me to contact the manufacturer. I get in touch with SunBrite and they confirm the tv is defective. Aside from the fact that I received a lemon, this tv is completely useless. I bought a full shade one because my roof extends over the patio area that I mounted the tv. The sun doesn’t touch it. Yet there is still a blinding glare that covers the tv - even at night… the tv would need to be indoors to be usable. It shouldn’t even be considered an outdoor tv because no matter how shaded the area is, the glare will find it. I took a photo of the glare on the tv at 7:45pm during overcast to show how bad it is even when it’s not sunny in the slightest. I also took a photo from the inside of my house during 12pm to show that the sun still doesn’t hit the lanai during peak hours with no clouds in the sky. Unless you feel like wasting ~$2,460 (after tax), I’d stay far away from this product. Of course I didn’t pull it out of the box within the 15 day return window because I had to hire someone to mount it to my house. I didn’t expect Best Buy to sell me a faulty product that wouldn’t even function how it should even if it wasn’t a defective one.

We’ll focus on the issues related to SunBrite here, which appear to be (1) that you initially received a defective product and (2) that you are not satisfied with the performance of this TV in the location where it was installed. For (1), we reached out to our Customer Team and they let us know that SunBrite promptly shipped you a new replacement model at our expense as soon as it was determined that the Wi-Fi on the initial unit was not working properly. The product has a one-year warranty. We stand behind our product with one of the best warranties in the industry and believe we honored that by shipping the new replacement unit at our cost. We apologize for any inconvenience around arranging the warranty replacement. For (2), your install location for the TV is directly in front of a pool. This is like a giant mirror in terms of the sun reflecting off of the water’s surface. While the Veranda 3 series is the brightest in its class (1,000 nits peak brightness) and has a direct-lit screen, it is designed for fully-shaded areas. With this install location, we’d recommend the SunBrite Signature Series (for partial sun areas) or SunBrite Pro Series (for full sun areas).     Blotch marks

    Picture is great for about a day or two then blotch marks show up in the screen working on tv number 4 in 4 weeks. Attached photos are from all three tvs and they are all in the same general area each time

    Don't Do It - Sunbrite will not stand by their TVs

    If you are thinking about buying a TV from Sunbrite - DON'T DO IT! My TV lastest four years and after six weeks of trying to figure out why it stopped working I was told by Sunbrite that my TV could not be fixed. Their solution was to offer me 25% off a new TV! Most expensive TV I ever bought and it lasted four years! These people are crooks! Can't fix but they are happy to sell you another TV!

We have one of the best and most accessible support teams and warranties in the industry. Unfortunately on rare occasions electronic products fail outside of warranty.
